Park Side CU Mobile Banking

Update: finally added biometric login, thank you! Still needs lots of work. My most used activity is depositing checks. It is painfully S-L-O-W... it just spins after you add photos, lasts a solid 2 minutes, then you confirm the photos of the check are correct, then spin for another 2 minutes. If you have more than 1 check to deposit at a time, it's really annoying, so still 2 stars.

Easy and Effective. Layout is intuitive and simple to follow. The app runs well even on my cheap phone. I can easily move funds and deposit checks. Thanks for making life simpler.

When paying bills, I get the full list of creditors for first payment. To make a second payment, it only gives me a few options and doesn't let me enter the second creditor. Have keep logging out and back in. Can't put in new creditor without leaving app and going to full site. Can't get report of what's paid. There's lag time from when Bill's are paid and disappear and when it shows money withdrawn so balance is off.

Good app, don't like that it has removed the biometric login option though. Very convenient, well put together, fast and navigable app.

This is the PSCU in Montana FYI. When verifying your account use the "call" feature. Text didn't work for me.

Works well for mobile banking. The app takes my fingerprint to log in, and I can deposit checks by taking a picture. If the software detects that something is incorrect/missing, it prompts me to double-check.

Very simple and easy to navigate app. Can deposit checks, transfer money (even to another person's account), easily check balances and transactions between all accounts. Love it!

App is user friendly. When I had issues navigating the app, I called the local CU and a representative was able to walk me through the steps I found difficult to find. Good technology, and friendly over-the-phone service.

The way their new money management section is designed is how the whole app should be in my opinion. Or have open by default. It looks and handles a lot better than the rest of the app

Good, as long as I remember the password. I like the ability to transfer money in seconds and love my hometown bank!!!! 29 yrs with parkside.

So much easier and faster than a ATM and I can see where and what I spend my money on in the comfort of my home and less chance of theft

I Always get the same error message. "We are unable to display your information at this time. Please try again later." The app never works for me.

Old app so much better & easier to use. There is no search transactions option either on app or online. NOT a good "upgrade"😠

This app is not as good as the old one. I feel like I am always fighting to use it. I wish I could use it to check my bank information but it just never seems to want to let me sign in.

The app, just like the bank (er credit union), has become so user unfriendly that I will be closing my accounts with them very soon
