Samsung Note 20 Ultra. So far so good. A few times I've had issues with Bluetooth connectivity. I always add more time than I need and wait for confirmation on the meter that time was added. If you process the pay.ent and start walking away, you might lose signal with the meter and it might not process. The range is a little short. I will be able to process the payment from my driver seat and then other times, it will need me right next to the meter to register. Timer is a great tool.

I keep getting tickets using this app because it doesn't change the meter status. I realize this isn't fully on the app but the system needs to work and this often does not. The list of nearby meters often and rapidly jumps around making it a fun game of whack-a-mole, the app regularly has to be force closed to check on current sessions, and comically none of the Feedback links work. But my main concern is that the system just doesn't work here in San Diego, causing me to have to fight tickets.

Text notifications are broken and caused me to get a ticket when I realized only too late that the app didn't send me the 10 minute notice I had it configured for. I enabled the 15 minute notice as well and that didn't send either, not surprisingly. I caught it at 2 minutes to go and avoided another ticket. I've enabled email notifications now, we'll see if those work. Selecting feedback in the app doesn't work either. Unreliable, better off taking quarters. 10/8/21 - Notifications (pop up and email) are still broken, just got an "about to expire" notice a full 10 minutes after it had already expired.

Incompetent app. It confirmed that I had paid for my parking after numerous attempts already to get it to work. Came back to a parking ticket and no active sessions in the app because I guess it really didn't go through. No charge on my card, either. I come across an error 100% of the time I use this app, the parking meter isn't much better. Laughably bad at best, a scam at worst.

App almost never works. I've only gotten it to actually work about 3 times. It sits there searching for zones forever. I try to put in my zone, but it won't pop up. Just keeps loading. It's a cool concept, and if it actually worked, I'd give it a 5 star rating based on convinenence. But it doesn't, and it's a waste of time sitting in class trying to make it load when it won't. I barely ever review anything, but I feel that this one needed to be thrown out there. Hopefully the company will fix.

Finally a smart app with everything. Good rates, qr code scanning & manual input of region and meter number when needed. And unlike some other apps, it confirms by connecting TO THE METER & turns the red lights green! The Boston app was the first one I ever tried & the lights never turned green, nor was the time displayed. That was a little nerve wracking lol. This app does ALL the smart important things. Plus you can extend your time from the app no running back with quarters or cards!😍 😁😅

I could never get the app to work. I signed up for it. It wouldn't take my card information and said my phone was not set up for an account so I tried to create another one. Went through all the sets and when it sent the verify code to my phone and I entered it ,it said it was already with and account. I entered the same information as I did the first and did the same thing all over again. I uninstalled it twice and tried again. Same thing. So now I'm done with it. Crappie app. Fix!

School just removed the meters and put these in so I figured I'd grab the app so I could update my time while in class and not have to run out to my car. Turns out the app literally doesn't work and just freezes up every time you try to launch it. I've dealt with buggy or useless apps before but this is really beyond anything I've ever seen before. Don't know how this was even allowed onto the app store.

This app needs a lot of work, and is almost not worth using. Perhaps 80%+ of the time I will get an error message that the Park Smarter servers cannot be reached and at that point the app does nothing. This is a very convenient app when it works. Unfortunately it seldom works and approaches being worthless.

One of the worst apps I've encountered in recent memory, but the only way I could pay for parking in Burlingame, CA. Took me forever to onboard, with useless questions, broken experiences, non-working scanning and QR code and just a HORRIBLE thing. Plus YOU CAN'T CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT! These guys should be ashamed of what they built.

No good app. Just installed, tried paying via entering zone info, as well as using bar code. Both methods failed, with app renderimg an "invalid selection" message for the info input method, and, "this meter only accepts payments via bluetooth" via the barcode method. Ended up using debit card. Wish I coyld give it zero stars, as, that's how useful this app is.

I wasted 20 minutes registering and paying just to have the app show I have no active parking sessions. I will not spend money in the town of Melbourne beach because they can't figure out how to fix this. It was happening to others trying to park as well.

Absolute P.O.S....no backup no support. No way to dial in your payment info when the app does not work. Like most other meter apps have you can phone it in if needed. But not this one. 20 minutes of trying to push through the transaction via my smartphone. And its geo fenced so when outside of the meter location you can no longer pull up the location. What jackass designed this?

Bad. Received parking citation from City of LA after I paid through the app. Need better App or system between the city and the app. Now we have to contest the ticket and provided the documents. Good thing the app did provide receipt. Will see how this goes. Not gonna use the app again. Supposed to be convenience. It becomes a hassle now. More work

Garbage. Trying to pay for a spot is useless, the app didn't have the right amount of parking space to choose from. The lot went up to 600, but the app went to 399. What a waste of time.

This ridiculous parking app would not install in my SanDisk expanded memory how ridiculous that it needs to be in the amount of memory that is not so much available which is internal to the phone how about you change it so we select where we want to put the app they shouldn't need to be on the phone at all so that that memory would be pristine mostly for operating system use! And if you can tell me how to configure it to use the other memory instead of deleting apps that I already have installe

Horrible app. Doesn't use Google pay or any other payments already saved on phone. Required reverification multiple times and never worked in the end. I had to use the kiosk. I'm deleting the useless app

This app makes paying for metered parking convenient and mostly simple. I appreciate how I can check on how much time I have left on my meter through the app. I also like the convenient way that I can add more time to the meter just with the push of my smartphone. I gave it four out of five stars because however convenient, not all meters work with the app. Furthermore the pricing is ridiculous at some hours which I understand has nothing to do with the app itself or its develope

Very unreliable app, seems to have the options to pay for parking, but gets stuck at payment page after selecting time and payment mode. not something you want to happen when parking is running out. We had to rush back and cut our trip short due to this snafu 😐

If there is a problem with the credit card, the app should be more verbose about that. I kept trying to buy parking, only to be told "we can't do that right now" which implies it can be done, but later. I thought there was an issue with the app - turned out it was a typo on the expiration date on the card. "There is a problem with your card" would have alerted me immediately to reexamine the details.

The app is very straightforward, easy to understand. I had no difficulty setting this up. I've had even less trouble using it. Frankly, the biggest problem I had was remembering my license plate!

I paid over the app for parking but the meter wouldn't register. It flashed red, yellow, green and back to red - meaning expired - every time I tried to pay. App said "parking is free". So I had to go pay the meter again, by using my card. I paid twice for the same space. (Edit: support responded to email them. Already did. See this: - - >) No response from support. Also, the app charges more for parking. The app charged me a buck and the meter charged me 75¢. So bye park dumber app. You suck.

Absolutely abominable this has 2 B phishing/malware no one could code this bad. each field wants phone number in a different format (+1 xxx-yyy-zzzz, 1 xxx-yyy-zzzz, xxx-yyy-zzzz (make up you mind & code input fields with the proper hidden codes so automatic format actually work. can't figure out if have an account or not. Installed, uninstalled, reinstalled, tried to use website to correct... In all my years using apps on dozens of devices, this is the worst user experience I've ever had

Wasn't able to even set up my account because the button to "Verify" my phone with the code they sent me didn't work. I only downloaded this app because of a recommendation for a group outing to a museum. I can see why so many rated it so poorly. Clearly it needs a lot of bugs fixed.

THIS APP DOES NOT WORK: 1. It freezes on the SMS verification screen when I try to create an account. 2. When I am able to log in via Facebook and select my garage, it tells me "Parking is currently free" and flips back to the login screen. 3. I hurry to my garage -- parking is indeed NOT FREE. This app is a complete waste of time. City of Eugene, make IPS fix this thing or STOP CONTRACTING WITH THEM.

App works pretty good most of the time, sometimes it will suddenly close while I'm choosing my parking times or trying to pay. I only had one instance where I still got a parking ticket when I used the app to pay and had to get that cleared up, but otherwise it works just fine.

I do not receive notifications via text about my meter expiring or about to expire. I have checked my phone settings as well as my app settings. This happened to me 3 times already. Luckily I checked in time to catch myself from getting a ticket.

This app is trash, i cant even log in. You enter the phone number, press enter and nothing happens. EDIT 6/30/2020: I can say that the app has been finally fixed and payments are successful. I've only done one payment for now but it was processed quickly and successfully with the physical meter updating to the green light and correct time payed. Good job developers, finally got it right with Puerto Rico.

The app was unable scan the barcode on the sign, also it was unable to even search for nearby parking lots in the "search bar". 1 star for functionality. The idea was grand but the execution was about as good as Titanic's maiden voyage.

Absolutely dismal app. I have attempted to pay for a meter multiple times only to be met with server errors every time. I have only been able to make it work once. If you're going to run an app, at least make it work.
