Good: Convenient to not have to go back to the parking lot & put your ticket in. Don't have to deal with awful kiosks. BAD: ONLY 2 min warning. 2 hr minimum...fine. But to extend your session, you can only do it for ANOTHER 2 HOURS or MORE. You can only buy in 1 hour increments unless you pay for the rest of the parking day (8pm). Example: Your 2 MINUTE notification sounds. How are you going to get all your stuff and people together & back to the car? Extend your time? For 2 HOURS??? CRAZY!!!
Does what it should, for the most part. App didn't alert me that my time was about to expire until I opened the app back up. It was a little buggy but, after 'force stopping' it and restarting it, it did what it was supposed to do.
Very easy to use and great for parking all over Tybee. It's easy to add time if you want to stay longer, instead of walking all the way back to the car. The timer, count down clock is very convenient.
Bring coins instead. Visited for a day and I couldn't get their website to work, so I had to download the app to use it once. Then I tried making an account, it asked me for my 4 digit pin after I verified it with the 6 digit code they sent me, but I didnt have a pin nor did I make one. Verified with an email instead of phone #, it worked. Do 1 hour park, add in info/card, fails, try again, fails/works, and it gives me 43 minutes for $3.50+tax+way to much frustration. 0/10 I want my money back.
Requires 2 he minimum. RIPOFF! Most places we park less that two hours. Parking apps I use for other cities let you choose the time and add to it remotely as needed.
ummm when i try to select my card it just....doesnt? really annoying im trying to go to the beach you guys should really work out these kind of bugs. what the hell is the point of this app if you cant use it to pay for parking spaces? damnit man
i used the app and still got a ticket. they definitely dont have this figured out yet. we'll see how easy getting it dismissed goes tomorrow since its sunday and i cant get in touch with parking enforcement and the people who run the app told me they cant do anything.
It's super easy and convenient to use, but you can only increase by 2 hour increments and you have to pay for a 2 hour minimum. It would be better if you could divide the time into at least hour or half-hour increments.
Love that I can extend parking time on the go and easily keep track of how much time is left! Just wish I could extend in smaller increments than 2 hours.
Horrible. Still received a ticket. Called immediately and was told it would be voided. Months later we received a past due notice with a subpoena threat. Absolutely ridiculous.
Wish you could extend in smaller increments. A two hour minimum is excessive at $3/hr. Other than that it's easy to use and beats feeding quarters.
useless when you cant download. sat in a parking lot for 20 minutes and couldn't download the app. walk to a pay to park. ridiculous.

Really bad. Won't save CC info. Asks for your parking zone and they are not marked. Two hour minimum. Deleting.
Working at the Stewart Army base... Decided to come to the Tybee beach had an awesome... Parking areas was really hard to find... Im actually from Duson,La.
it's great app but not sure it is great for having to pay everywhere you go on the island.
Makes life easy... Except for having to pay to park when your tax money bought the parking spot, lol

I haven't been back to Tybee in almost 4 years and when I finally went... I was hit with having to pay parking everywhere you parked. This app was easy and convenient, I left it open and it notified me of my time the whole time. It was easy to add my info and pay for my time. Only giving it 4 stars bc I haven't used it enough to say it has no flaws or issues but for me, it did what it was supposed to do with no hassles.
