The app is functional, but quite annoying to use if you need to go past the home screen. The majority of the pages are not formatted for phone screens, which leads to needing to scroll just to find something that appeared outside your current view, which you cannot proceed without addressing. It also slows down in certain pages to a nearly unbareable level.

They forcing you to change your password every year, OTHER BANKS DONT DO THAT and they are so much biger and been longer out there then parkview federal union !!! Dont take my word for just call them and they will tell you.

It's better then it used to be. The picture seems to be taken much quicker and more efficient. I haven't been to the bank since Covid started.

Use to use
The auto capture of checks doesn't work as easily in this latest version, and the visual guides for placing the front of the check in the screen don't line up very well with the standard checks I was entering. The previous version was easier and quicker.
