Went to a carpark, saw your app taking over all parking, downloaded your app, tried to register, shucks server issue can't register, can't park, left the place. Next time I see ur app I'll leave the place. Don't even bother replying I'm uninstalling app.

Very bad first time experience. The trouble of downloading an app last minute in front of an empty parking space, blocking everyone's way. When i leave, the app did not tell me how much I'm charged to end session and no pop up saying i have not enough credit whatsoever. Tried 3 times until i realised i need to manually top up. Clock still running. Again, blocking everyone's way and finally was forced to top up a min of rm10 to leave. Horrible horrible.

Not user friendly and took a long time to load. Tried twice in Pyramid and today at 163. Waited very long beside the bay, and the screen just shows loading data. Can't do anything. With 4G cover too. Have to improve the dashboard and make it user friendly. Have to pay for convenient, but it must work. Driving a PHEV, ended up not able to charge up the car.

Terrible apps. Should put this trash apps outside from play store. Re-install this apps also have bug issue. Totally cannot use it.

I'm an android user. my first experience using the service was amazing. everything is great so far. the barrier responded quite slowly to the server. i was quite sketical if the barrier was not going to be lowered despite successful transaction in the apps. i left the parking with joy. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I decided to give this app a chance yesterday since this last time didn't went so well with the server. This time around, I was able to park my car during peak hours with ease! The barrier lowered quite fast too. If only the deduction credit cost was cheaper, that would be a plus.

First time using this app in Vista Kiara, so inconvenient. I have never key in my banking details, not sure where they deducted my money, very scary how they obtain it. Instructions are confusing, when i removed my car, the barrier hit the bottom. Very bad experience

The application is intuitive and easy to use. The guidance inside this app would help you not just to book a parking slot provided with pictures but it also comes with navigation option. The ParkEasy concept more or less same with Car Jokey but less cost and you can pick your preferred parking slot.

Very good app. 1st time used to secure parking nearer to mall entrance due to pregnancy. I consider the price/booking is a bit pricy since it also includes extra charge when we want to topup our credit. If it does not have that extra charge, i seriously considering to continue using this app.

not convenience at all because i have using it 3 times but all are failed. first time using it, i have difficulty to connect with the apps. the apps keep on loading until time lapsed and i cannot claim the carpark. second and third time i used it, i arrived at the car park but it is still locked even the apps showed i can park my car. so frustrated.

It was fast and easy to use. Bonus they gave 3 credits free for 1st time user so I can use the app immediately after I signed up without need to go through the trouble of top up 1st. Even top up is quick too. Just wish we can choose our own parking spot.

Easy to use. Love it especially when going to a place where very hard to find parking space. The only drawback is that to few parking space available and sometimes, not able to reserved due to server issue.

It was easy to book a parking space using this app. However the app wasn't user-friendly and the charges was a bit high. The reservation fee should be waived for those who wants to park there immediately.

Works great. Fast ui and smooth interface as well. Would prefer a cheaper price for the credits though since we're already paying for parking anyway. However that won't deter me from using this service, especially on busy public holidays 👌🏻👌🏻

Life Changing - Travelling with kids and multiple strollers all the time. With ParkEasy, our quality of life as a family improve tremendously since (1) we know exactly to park, (2) the parking bays are huge which makes it easier to load and unload strollers, (3) the parking bays are close to main entrance and (4) I can avoid long queue to pay for parking tickets (save environment too by not using the ticket) Kudos team! Innovative service indeed

Good app. Really help me a lot especially during peak hour. Usually parking next to lift or elevator are full. So when I out with my mom I can use it so it will be easier on her. The price to book a bit pricey but overall the experience is great.

Parking was easy peasy, but timeframe is too short.Have to re-book the parking bay when our first reservation expired while searching for the parking bay. Unable to end the session due to server error. Tried more than 5 times for the apps to respond to my request.

First time user here, mainly because I am fed-up of trying to find parking during weekend lunch hour at IOI City Mall. Downloaded the app and found it to be easy to use, with additional links and directions. Finding the lot itself was easy enough and true to Parkeasy's promise, the mini gate/gantry immediately came down after I tapped my arrival at the assigned Parking Lot. As someone who travels and jaunts with an elderly lady with reduced mobility, this app allows me to better plan my visit.

Tried using it for the first time @ Activo. Great to have a parking bay reserved for us which just infront of the shop I wanted to go. Very convenient. Last but not least, app is very easy to use. Try it.

I'd have given 4.5. The 0.5 is perhaps for improvements such as (the one I can think of for now) incremental time-based charge. This would make ParkEasy slightly ahead of the other parking operators / apps, I think.

Easy to use. Sadly, booking fees are not refundable. I can understand that. But it would be very convenient if for instance, it is refundable within the first 10 mins for first 3 bookings.

It's a great apps, I was so impressed with this apps! Parking bay is near to the shopping mall entrance, it's very convenient and safe for me as a women driver. Customer service is very friendly and helpful too.

The app was simple enough to use and made looking for parking a breeze. I like that the app shows a picture of the bay i have been assigned. Helps me identify my bay. No more trailing behind people just to get a parking spot.

I have an infant daughter so we always try to look for a parking that is near the entrance and is accessible for stroller. Parkeasy help us with that. However, I do wish that they provide more parking bays for reservation.

Still don't see Mytown option in the app after linking my Charge EV account twice in the app! Another thing is that I don't like using this app is because of the pricing is not reasonable at all plus you still need to pay for the normal parking. Time to revamp and restructure this app.

very disappointed with the car park in activo. There was a car parking in front of the bay and block our ways to our parking bay, even we had booked the parking bay earlier. The management take no action to those who left the car unattended in front of the parking bay. Well why should you use this app Park Easy and paid for their services when is not easy , you can just double park anywhere
