Downloaded the app but it doesn't work.. Just says "error loading data" and closes down

Looked nothing like the photos showed. Like it is broken. Search did not work at all. Was hoping for a quick hose fitting and adapter part number locator.
The Parker Bookshelf app is one of the best on my phone. The app provides blazing fast searches for everything Parker. It's especially helpful to access literature from several Parker divisions given many processes may use products from multiple divisions within the company. This is a great tool for Parker Salespeople, Distributors, and Integrators.
About time!!! Been waiting for something like this...fantastic!!!
Absolutely Amazing
App does not work. When it opens, I get an alert that it failed to load data and closes the app.
