The current update is more complicated and confusing to use. The current update makes me think they changed the program. Wish I could go back to the previous update, that was easier and more eye appealing.

had the card 4 days so far and have used it Twice in store. So far the second transaction isn't showing up on my rewards points Yet ive received an email that i have them. If i get them within 24 hours ill change my rating. However waiting 24 hours to get an updated rewards is a bit much. Personally i think you should be able to get them and use them right away. Upgrade to payment feature only accepts ACH, not even a debit card or better yet a credit card, which is extremely unsecure. Do you really trust this gas station chain with your ACH and routing numbers? Sketchy. So that means that unless you are willing to hand them your bank draft numbers, they won't give you their PumpPal discount, which sounds illegal in some jurisdictions.

The drive up window station was out of order with a note stating to pull up to pickup window. I waited near 10 minutes blew my horn to no avail, there was several cars waiting behind me. I then pull around and went inside to enquire, the Attendent stated there was no one to assist in drive thru & main lobby took preference. The signage should have said , "Out of Order" please come in. This was my 1st experience using the drive thru, convenient but not good.

I also can't use this app. I have my card, it doesn't scan the barcode. When I attempt to enter my number it says "more information is required" I used the old app at least 5 times a week in the store and at the pump. But now it's only useful inside the store.

I LOVE PARKERS!!!!! The employees are so very friendly and top notch. Parker's carries a very wide selection of beverages, fresh meals, salads, fruits, desserts, protein bars, keto snacks, and a wealth of various other choices to satisfy ANY person's taste buds!!!!

Used to be good. Newer editions don't show all gas station prices in map mode. Makes having app worthless. deleting app and will shop elsewhere for fueling needs.

Doesn't work. Can't even register. It keeps saying "one moment please" and it stays on the loading screen forever. It does the same thing on the app and on the website. Maybe I'll try again later. But for now it's useless

I went just to activate a card to get member price. I didn't realize ypu have to spend $25 in store to get in the club. Nor did I know when I downloaded the app instead of taking me to activate it it starts trying to sign me up with some account.

WARNING because i wasnt told so im sure you won't be either, this doesnt take from your account the same day. It will take a few days. It will overdraft ypur account and cause fees like crazy. They separated my transactions from one transaction for gas, and biscuits to two transactions one for gas one for biscuits which charged my account double over draft fees. $483 later i finally got my account fees and their fees paid. Id much rather pay an extra .10 cents for gas. Will never use this again!

App requires way too much personal info. I'm not buying a house, I was hoping to save a little money but not willing to give them that much personal info. 1 star only because there are NO stars.

Updated and entered login and account number and said customer doesn't exist. I have deleted and retried several times without success. App useless but use alternative number when I go into store.

I can't use the app. It doesn't show that I have ever used my card and I use it at least 2 times a day. Fix this issue and I will give a better rating, but for now the app is completely useless.

Card wont even allow me to enroll. They now tell me i must have this card to get the promotion prices when every other place has the same promotion without the hassle of this card. Im just about done with parkers.

The in-app payment is a TERRIBLE solution! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE add NFC support, or at least the ability to setup my cardwith google pay!

I have a rewards card. But when I downloaded the app, it kept saying the card is not on file. Why have an app if it will not recognize the member cards?!!

After signing up and putting your debt card on it it's hard to get it off.

What happened?! Why do I have to scan my pump card if I'm trying to pay with my mobile app? I ended up using my debit card after 5 minutes trying to figure out how to use the new app.

One of the few places that actually have windshield cleaner and paper towels at the pumps.

Why? Why do you need my drivers license and social Security#? I started completing the proceess, but why? Dont need your rewards card that badly. And there certainly is no reasin a gas station needs this info

Love the app! Hook up your bank acct to pay for gas and stuff at the store without your card, and earn points towards discounts on your gas! 10/10
