I had nothing but trouble logging in and it selected by default car which I never selected because I had to completely log back in. It never gave me my vehicle options and just automaticly selected my other car. I had to use a whole other parking session to change it. Not even a 5 second. To 1 min chance to change it after the fact. I get the not allowing it in the middle part, but not a short window to change to one of your other cars. thats BS. And there is zero help on app.

Easy to use and super convenient for parking. Only improvement would be if they could update the app so we could pay for specific amounts of time and have price adjust accordingly. Some areas have a minimum 1 hour or 3 hours but if I am only gonna stay for a minute or 2 I would like that option

It does it's job for me with paying for parking in downtown Houston Texas. My only bad thoughts are it can be a bit confusing to use on your first go around, it is difficult and or hard to find out on how to delete old expired cards. It does auto select the first card you have on file for those that have multiple cards on file, finally if you have multiple vehicles it does auto select the first vehicle on you list. If those things weren't so err I would of ratted 5*.

I downloaded the app, made a reservation. Showed up and the attendant told me they were full and could not honor my reservation. I specifically used this app as the process SPECIFICALLY said they would not give away my spot.. I had to pay for parking elsewhere. Then when I contacted them to get my refund, I have received no reply on several attempts. I have uninstalled and will never reinstall.

Waste of time. Let's you get all the way to the payment process, then the app stops responding. Has done it on 3 different phones trying to reserve a spot for the evening.

I use this app seceral times a week. I receive notification before my parking expires. There's an option to extend parking. I haven't had issues with tickets and all receipts are sent to my email which makes it easy to track.

It would be 5 stars if I could receive text notifications when the meter is about to run out. There's a setting available that's supposed to enable text notifications but I never receive them.

I couldn't look at parking prices until I entered a credit card and a vehicle license plate. I'm just trying to get some prices here!! I don't believe the rating on this app. It is NOT used friendly.

I loved this app until one day it quit allowing me to choose my hours and minutes. It defaulted to the max time. PERIOD. I'm uninstalling to reinstall and hoping that fixes the problem. Will let you know.

Can no longer choose hours and minutes, but must use max parking. On Android. FIX THIS! Update - This has gotten worse. I no longer use app. Charges a fee and one must park maximum time on street bc choosing length of time is no longer an option. Don't use if you value your money.

So much better than putting coins in the meter! Can increase time without going back to car, sends notifications when time's running out & saves favorite locations. All make life easier.

its been great, im a driver so i park all over downtown houston. sometimes its a little slow but sometimes thats just my phone. its great that i can put on my other cars in case i need to drive them and it saves them as well as adding time as needed if it takes longer than i thought to make a delivery. like i said its been great

Major PIA. Username conflicts with parkATX. Password requirements are ridiculous for a parking app! Even Google suggested strong password was not accepted

Based on about 3 months of use, the app has been reliable. Notification e-mails are timely. Good experience so far.

App lags, when i try to reserve a spot it wont keep the dates, and confusing. Most parking spaces say free and don't show prices. Really odd.

i walked into a Building and the app didn't process and i got a ticket...the officer understood and dismissed it...the app works great especially when it is raining and i don't have to wait outside to get a receipt...

It has worked well for the most part. The one time it acted funny I was still able to park; so, no big issues overall.

Pretty good. It was a little confusing on whether or not i was paying for the exact location and what if i only need to pay for an hour? I could only seem to pay for a 7 or 8 hr session.. ???

I have been using this app pretty frequently for a few months and have had zero kinks. The downtown hopper is so helpful! Great job!

Dont use this. Juat pay at kiosk. They charge every extra they can on the app. Be aware a tornado could be out therr and still someone will find their way to come amd ticket you.

Horrible. After downloading the app and paying, I was unable to open the app again to extend parking. $30 Ticket due to lack of accessibility.

This parking app is definitely good and very useful.But biggest concern is the security of my data stored with them.Once you register, I immediately got notifications that my Information is out there in the Darkweb.

Easy to use, better than the meters that you sometimes can't see the screen or they're out of paper

I don't like being forced to use a phone app to park. There should be a meter also. The sign says there is a meter but I don't see one.

This app is the best way to not over pay for parking. Pay for the minimum you think you'll need then up it from wherever your as needed.

Don't download high chance of your email and info going onto the dark web. If you did change your email and passwords on all your accounts.

I almost got ticket because I used this app. They don't check their system to see the car parked paid using app. Readiculous.

I like that time can be extended remotely and that I do not need to stand in line at the kiosks that sometimes do not work.

I still got a ticket because the parking ticket "officers" app didn't register my payment. WORK OUT YOUR GLITCHES!!!
