Horrible and useless. I've wasted an hour trying to book parking. I've tried the app, 3 mobile browsers, 3 browsers on my laptop... Not a single one will let me enter my CC or checkout. I tried to use their contact us and I get an error even trying to send them a message about it!
App is very glitchy some days it dosen't even allow me to book parking. I can't type in a address to access parking I was only able to book by adding garage name to search. Wish there was an option to extend my current parking reservation if I need the spot booked longer.
Its easier than carrying exact change of $1.50 because the machines at my station don't provide change and there is no attendent. But using the app you pay $2.16 instead of $1.50. Seems unnecessary to me but I guess that is the price for convienance. So only 3 stars.
Poor design, misspelled words . If I could attach my screenshots I would. Cannot use the app for the new implementation of transit cost for Amtrak and the onsite meters show card declined on multiple riders. Oh and just like the other user stated about unsecure connection to their web browser using Google sign up is a security hole. That tells me they do not encrypt their data processing, are they even PCI compliant?
Can't login with my Google account in app, which is how my account was created. Sent multiple messages to customer support, never received a response. Have to web-login on my phone.
1) The built-in browser causes security warnings on my completely-stock Pixel 6. They must be using something rough or out of date. Sketchy 2) Constant warnings that the app has crashed in the background. I wasn't running the app. Uninstall that. 3) Doesn't work, couldn't complete a payment. Just use your phone's web browser.
This is horrible. My pass is MIA. On with customer service. Trying to get anything to work and this is a disaster. Will never use this service again.
Notification feature does not stay on in app, so I don't receive notifications. After turning on feature, the slide button reverts back to off when I close page. Yes the notifications are also on in my phone settings. Otherwise app is fine. Using Samsung note 9 & samsung note 8.
Stuck on the "add a vehicle" screen since I already have a vehicle associated with my account and it won't let me skip the screen or go back.
Once you figure out how to navigate through it it is pretty quick. Don't leave you signed in...
Would not recommend. App or company does not let you pay for more than 12 hours. Awful customer service once you get someone on the phone.
Difficult to find out parking availability..or purchase.
Poor design/implementation. It's functional, but I could easily see it causing confusion to users. It doesn't clearly reflect that purchases were processed correctly and even gives the impression that maybe something did not work. With the fines & penalties for invalid parking being quite steep, not to mention extremely inconvenient for out-of-town visitors, many users might be unable to resist the urge to repay for a purchase, unnecessarily. Using the web version is often recommended.
Can't log in using Chrome on my galaxy note 9. I get a notification that it's not a secure browser to log in from. I have to use my device browser to log in.
Can't sign in with Google in app because Google says it is insecure but can't set password on account
On the map the zones are not marked. We don't have a sign in the area with the # or QR.
Awful! Will not work on either of my two android and iOS.
TERRIBLE!!! I've been trying to reserve a spot for hours using my phone app and computer with no success. There is no link to reserve a spot. Not sure what I'm going to do if I cannot find the reserve link.
You can't login with your Google account, as the page the app opens for validating the login is not https. Having that said, the app is useless. Use the site instead.
As of today, this app is lacking in a number of categories. UI redirects to a browser view for account maintenance. Nothing really seems to be built into the app, which begs the question why use it. I noticed as others have below that selecting and booking a spot is more difficult then it should be, whether it be daily or more(monthly in my case, no response from SP+ for assistance.) I will note generally my experience with this vendor has been good to exceptional, albeit coordinated by a different parking site. Earnestly this app(and the website) needs a lot of work plain and simple, not yet worth keeping it on the phone.
This is one of the worst apps I have ever used. Three times I made payments and was never given the QR scan code. I had to call customer service to get my refund and they had no explanation for why this occurred. The interface is very clunky. There is no was to save payment information, so you have to retype everything such as your address and c/c information every single day. I use a different app now and it's much less frustrating and less time consuming.
0/10, if I could give 0 stars, I would. Always crashes, constant error messages. And if you can't get the stupid thing to work, they slap you with a $25+ parking ticket. The only reason I haven't uninstalled is because I need it for the train station. The official lot for a public transport service shouldn't be owned by a private company, let alone one that's absolute trash.
Absolutely amazing! Highly recommend using this app! I used this app for a Metallica concert in Tulsa OK. We were able to park less than 100 yards from the event, and got it for 1/4 of the price they were charging "at the door". Even the parking attendant was shocked when we told her what we paid. I will use this app for every event possible from now on!
App doesn't work all the time. At least twice a week I can't get into the app because it times out.
How bad does an app have to be before it gets removed from the play store? This is probably the worst app I have ever installed on my phone. I used it to park at an event and paid through the app. The app even counted down the time I had left, so it registered that I paid. 12 days later, I received a non-payment parking citation. There is no history on the app to show my activity, so I have to wait for my credit card statement to dispute. This app is simply horrible. I only wish I could give it a negative rating. One star is too many.
