Parking Panda

Still seems to have some bugs. Like when I checked out as a guest then decided to get the app it said I already had an account and had to enter a password, even though I had not made an account (guest) and had not set a password. Also, not easy to make a simple adjustment for times. I had to cancel the reservation and make a new one just to schedule the time two hours sooner. I have not actually seen if it will work when I show up at the parking garage. These are my initial observations.

This app is very convenient when it works well. It's great to know (and pay), in advance, where I'm parking. However, the app has been flaky lately. Thinks PM times occur before AM times (have to trick it to accept the time), reverts to current date/time even when a future one is entered, only displays the first result and refuses to display results in List Mode. Probably going to switch and go directly through Spot Hero.

Uninstall this app right now. I have had some just fine experiences with this app, but too many complete failures and no refunds. 1.) constant errors with log in credentials 2.) buggy map interface, once ended up 1 mile from where I had intended to purchase a spot 3.) insufficient receipts and bad understanding with valets etc. 4.) extremely tedious timing set up.

This app drives me crazy. The base functionality does work however it seems my logins timeout without it either taking appropriate actions to log me out or for warn me. When youre in a rush to book parking, and you havent manually logged out and logged back in you get error messages that say invalid email. if you are parked in the morning and want to leave at the end of the day. There is a bug where when you try to load the reservation the menu gets stuck in a loop.

I use it because Chicago. It never takes me fewer than 5 tries to reserve a spot. I have to log out and log in repeatedly. Setting the time range when I am searching for a spot is insane. It gives random incorrect errors, like the start time can't be prior to the current time.

The parkade was wonderfully close to the stadium. Literally a 3 minute walk!! However, it is a really tight space and as stated, recommended for compact/small vehicles. We were able to get our truck in, but barely. We did feel our vehicle would be safe. Our reservation stated after hours to use a code. We could not find this ANYWHERE! Walked all around the building with panic setting in. Came back around to West suggested entrance and found a nice man waiting to unlock the door for us.Not ideal

I've used this successfully in the past, but sometimes this app works for me and other times I am logged into my account but it tells me that my login is invalid. When this happens, I can somehow get to the screen to pay but the purchase doesn't always go through, and I am afraid to keep trying in case it charges me multiple times inadvertently. Maybe it is just a little buggy? I am going to try my luck with the Spot Hero app directly.

Very helpful for getting reduced fare. Sometimes it can be difficult to find the actual parking attendant to show your receipt to, but as parking apps have become more widespread that is getting better, and is on the garage, but should be noted.

I have used this app for awhile now and up until the past month it was working great. This past month I have been unable to reserve on the app with the app saying the price has been updated please refresh. I would have to book on a web browser. After spending to much time trying to resolve this without success and waiting for a month to see if it resolved itself I moved on. I only have room in my life for one parking app and I moved over to spot hero and uninstalled parking panda from my phone

Yet another take-advantage-of-technology scam. Paid twice for parking. Again. Because directions were not listed or clear. Turned out the Q code did not open the gate to enter nor did the attendant assist. On my way out of the garage I was asked for my reservation code. If you are going to present yourself as a parking solution app then make sure you are aligned with businesses that provide clear directions. i will never use another parking app again.

Cheaper than drive up rates, and more convenient. Make sure you book where it says "PandaScan" so you can scan a barcode and don't have to do anything with the attendant. I wish SpotHero showed that. It's pretty amazing they've got it so they give you a barcode and it all just works.

Great.. when it works. Most times I have used it or tried to, it took several attempts to get the reservation to process. I am not having any luck today getting the reservation to go through. If they can get the app to consistently work, I'd give it a 5 star rating... alas, no.

I have used this a few times for downtown parking without any issues. It let's me pick the lot, with the price on an accurate map. Includes photos of the outside of the parking structure.

Worked great for a while. Now it is stuck when I try to pay at the end of getting a new reservation with the message my email and password do not match even though I am logged into the application. I can even see all my other reservations too, so I am logged into the application.

Edited as the developers seem to have fixed this. It was the search function that had stopped working. I use parking panda for event parking, and never had any problems until last week. Happy it's fixed. Thanks, dev team.

i pre-paid for reserved parking for my son's high school graduation. was turned away at the structure's entry saying my scan was invalid... attendant would not accept my confirmation receipt as proof. this cause great delay and the need to drive around a downtown area to find alternative parking of which i had to pay for as well. then running to the graduation venue in 100*+ weather. incredibly disappointing.

Took a trip to Pantages in Hollywood, Ca. Purchased Valet parking through Patking Panda. There was no Valet attendant where the app said they would be. I had to park my car in a 5 min parking and walk the area between Vine and Aguila on Hollywood Blvd. still found no one in that area. I called the number in my email I think Hero Spot...They assisted by cancelling the Parking Panda and directing me to another parking lot for less money. I am uninstalling this app.

stopped working, not displaying a list of options. uninstalled and reinstalled it twice, still not working. used to be very useful. too bad noone is fixing it. uninstalled.

In San Francisco parking garages don't honor your reservation. The price you get in the app is not a special price. You get the same price if you just drive to the garage, or cheaper from another nearby garage not on the app. So what's the point? The I have to call Parking Panda during business hours to get a refund and I'm still questioned about it like I'm trying to defraud the company. What a waste.

the app is easy to use, the picture of the parking structure helps locate it in a busy city streetscape, and it's nice to know that you have a parking space, at a good price, waiting for you even before you leave home.

Regularly has issues with network connectivity (it's the app, I don't have connectivity issues with other apps), does not refresh my latest reservations. What's the point in this app if I can't pull up my reservations?

Flat out doesn't work. It says all fields are required when they are filled in . It says the email address is invalid. It gives no options to problem solve.

Parking Panda never does me wrong!! It's easy to use and a huge relief as well. I use it for every concert and it knows what events are going on in your area to give you the best spot.

This is the worst app I have ever used. Trying to book a space was impossible. Tried so many times, the app was unresponsive and basically useless. Super disappointed. Great idea, but the app does not work effectively
