This is about the best thing that has ever happened to a vehicle owner. However, e-coupon expiration alert could be expanded to giving out a continuous vibration and/or sound depending on the user's preferences. For the current window notification prompt to alert which has no sound nor vibration can make a vehicle owner forget about extending the e-coupon when our phones are kept inside our pockets hence risking being fined. Hope the developer could look into it. Thanks for making our life easier and better.🤗

One of the rare occasions when government designed apps actually work smoothly, as intended, and comes with prompt responses to boot. Much more convenient than the conventional paper coupons, as well as offering per minute charging. One feature that might be considered in the future: allow app payment to be made for parking within EPS carparks. That would do away with the need for physical cashcard, possibly reducing time spent waiting at gantries. Keep up the good work!

Parking App has a bug where the users won't be notified of their parking expiry unless users manually open the app to check it or plugged the phone into a charger. I've allowed notifications for the App on my phone. I assume it has to do with background running permissions but I couldn't find the settings for me to allow it. Had an issue with the app once where it wasn't able to load the charges for me to make payment. Got a fine in the few minutes I went to dabao food. Even though I submitted screenshots of the error with timestamps and a long history of making parking payments to prove I wasn't trying to evade parking fees, the appeal got rejected. So while the convenience is there, the reliability isn't, and I still need to buy paper coupons anyway.

App used to be good. But past 6 months notifications are gone. It only reminds when i start the app. Same Phone not on battery saving mode. Samsung S10. I hope you will find some work around or catchup with Android and come up with some upgrades to stay competitive.

Good app but the lack of a notification when your parking time is up is what cause it to lose 1 star. Furthermore the notification comes only when i enter the app again. Someone posted a review about this and got a reply that this is considered and in the backlog. But the reply is in 2018.

It's not often you see a well-designed app designed by locals. But this is an exception. Beautiful, minimalistic UI and works easy enough. Must have for anyone who drives IMO. Good job to the devs!

Good but not stable yet, if you didn't close the page after your parking session. it will hang at the last session page the next time you need to use it again, especially after a few days. so you need to reinstall it again to use back the app. need to improve in this area.

The apps is bugged. It do not allows me to start the parking and ends up getting a parking fine. It prompts me "Short term parking not allowed for selected duration" when I have selected to park for more than 3 hours and the last parking at the same car park is 2 days ago. Please get it fixed.

Pretty much my de facto way to pay for non-eps parking. It is easy to use and I like that I can extend or end early through my phone. Saves the hassle to buy and pluck coupon tabs. Great job!

Has been using this app and for a while. All was good and convenient. Today received a notification on a charged which I did not recognised. It seems like a double charged made 3 days ago. Contacted my credit card company and was told that a charged of few hundred dollars was also made by the same company Stripe in Sept but was subsequently removed. FYI this credit card was only added in Dec and 3 days ago was my first time using the newly added card with this app. How did a transaction of a few hundred dollars came about in Sept to this card even though transaction removed? How did it got charged to my cc account? There's a max payment for whole day parking seems almost impossible to reach few hundred dollars..$400plus mentioned by cc company? There seems to be some security concerns that needs to be urgently looked into here. Pls provide explaination. *Edited Sgparking replied promptly and clarify on how their charging system works. No double charge here. Though how I was charged $400plus and later removed remains a mystery unless Sgparking investigate. I had my doubts on that too given the scenario but how many times a big name credit card company makes a mistake on that? To be fair, app is good and convenient so upgraded my rating to 4 stars and unless mystery solved, it's not going to be a 5 stars rating in my opinion.

It is a very good app but after 3yrs, seems like notifications are still not popping up. Each time need to remember to check that the time is not expiry. The moment you open the app to check, the expiry will pop up which may already be too late.

The app is very useful to eliminate the need to tear the parking coupons. Can you please consider allowing a number of e wallets like Grab Pay, Pay lah etc instead of linking by credit card which is very costly on the backend for the government and taxpayers?

Convenient and easy to use. You will refunded the excess amount if you end your parking earlier. That's something you couldn't do with the old coupons.

Well, paperless coupon help to save a lot trouble.. but when i do night parking... it cost me > $5 in HDB, while the plate state night parking is $5 from 1030pm to 7am. The apps can't function and recognises it's night parking.. for every 30mins is 60cents. i park one night for $14... please fix this bug.. my parking lots are Y38.

It works great! No more parking coupons. Setting Parking.sg in background app solved notification problem.

Same problem as reported by another. Had fedback since 20Aug and so far, no response other than "re-install". Had similar problem with another local app and they confirmed there was a bug, and rectified. Please rectify it. Programming issue at your end. This is an app that drivers use.

Used to send notification 10 mins and 5 mins before expiry of the parking session. Now, completely no notification at all. Please do something else this is rubbish

A lot of problems getting notifications to inform me of the 10 min left and also when the time expired. I am using new handphone and today got a ticket for not extending the time. Becos I did not get notifications

This is app is super awesome except it only allow you to add card details when you are in Singapore or using Singapore IP which is a total put off. I understand this could be anti fraud mechanism but it is causing unneccessary jitter before travel.

Though i rarely use this app. I always feel very helpful and handy. Earlier days, i used to rush for Parking coupons and wait in the queue. also was very careful in putting my coupons. now no more tension, no more headache. All is taken care by this App. Well done! Great job!

Wow this good. Never knew it existed. I rent a car once in awhile. To buy paper coupons is wasteful. This is super convenient. Hassle free and best part you get your money back for unused minutes.

Hi, this app was working fine for me earlier this year. After the last update, it wouldnt open at all on my phone. Please help.

Couldn't use the app anymore. Keeps on crashing everytime I launch it. Tried to uninstall and install again but it's the same thing. Please fix it.

Should stick to 65cents(motorcyclist) for 12 hour usage. This method cost more than using normal parking coupon. Previously could park with 1 coupon throughout the day. With the new system u pay more than necessary. Maybe u wanna re-look into it.

When it works, it is great.But recently, it has been freezing up.the lack of reliability makes it hard to use it as a regular tool.
