Couldn't pay for parking as it would keep giving me error messages that I have insufficient funds, and there were more than sufficient funds available. When registering, if you do not enter a password that fits the requirements (which you can't see until you confirm your registration), you will get an error message and will need to restart the whole registration from scratch.

I tried to use the app for the 1st time. After I submitted my details to register, it gave an error "oops something went wrong". No details of what the issue was. I tried again, with a different password, in case there are pw character limits. Same error. Waste of my time.

The app itself is reasonable and the TollTag service works fine for me. However some constructive feedback: 1. The €1 top-up fee was an unpleasant surprise - not cool. This info should be clearly disclosed. 2. As this is a paid service it is unacceptable to have ads in the app. 3. It would be great to get a push notification every time there is a toll charge or an automatic top-up. 4. The captcha on your web-site is too arduous 5. I've discovered there is no fee on top-ups of €41 or over. Please make €41 one of the automatic top-up options. Thanks!

Very poor app. Works once, then on subsequent use doesn't recognise requests or accounts. Have to uninstall and reinstall. Previous version worked much better.

I use the toll tag for motorway fees, never a problem. The 10% extra charge TO ME is not an issue as I'm not crossing the tolls on a regular basis unlike some that charge monthly fee's and not passing thru a toll. I go to the local Post Office and buy a top up, it's just like topping up a phone. I use the app to see my last transactions and able to get the statement emailed to me and I can print it off if need to. A great service! M4 east/west, M50 northbound/southbound & Limerick tunnell. 👍🏻

3 top ups, works for a while then 3 euro disappeared from my account. I topped up again same think this time 1.75. 3rd time unlucky and I got charged wrongly. On the columns there are numbers which app can't recognise and nobody answering emails. Worse customer care service ever!

Downloaded the app yesterday because I had no change and the 'pay by phone' phone number was not working. Signed up topped up and parked. Today I can not even access the app, it tells me to check my internet connection. My internet connection is fine. Now I have to go and get change. Useless app. Don't bother

Signed up and put 10 Euro on account but didn't use. Received email advising my account was about to be closed due to inactivity. I checked to find it had been closed the week before and the 10 Euro taken. I emailed to get money returned. Account was reinstated. Requested cancellation via email as no cancel option on website. Account closed but charged admin fee! Customer service were prompt in replying, but business policies are abysmal.

Use park magic for 3-4 years now. Great service, had one issue which was to do with the toll company not park magic. I was charged extra and they resolved it immediately. Overall easy to use and saves time.

I read some of the reviews and decided it was best to continue using coins. I would have used it only to pay park in Blanchardstown Hospital, which is highly objectionable anyway because they clamp your car if you overstay or are delayed , but to be charged an extra charge to pay for the parking is simply gouging. Is this an English app by any chance? Now Apcoa is far better. This is what iron rod airanne use at their train stations, but they discount the parking fee when you pay online.

How come even though I have topped up my account with 10e the only way to park and pay is to let the app charge my card again? What is the actual way of using the top up credit if during payment it only shows new or previously saved card without any option for using existing credit? Thank you for your reply.

Great for years now. By the way to get rid of adverts go to the 3 lines top left. Very bottom is App Settings and turn off "show promotional ads"

Had problems with App, emailed Park Magic and they fixed the problem. My Time / Date settings on device wasn't set to automatic, this solved the issue

Cannot register or login as I registered previously my car reg is assigned to account but the app doesn't recognise my email address when I try to login or reset password. Money left on my account too, terrible app.

I can't view my previous transactions. Nothing shows under the menu even though I paid for parking.

Excellent customer service. I topped up the wrong account and after a v quick phone call I had it refunded.

Spot on customer service from Eoin. This app was recommended to me by a friend and I have since mentioned it to others. Great that this company is Irish based too!

Would not process payments in Blanchardstown Hospital. Rubbish app had to revert to coin payment at meter. I made over 30 attempts to pay via app with registered card.

Only what this app is missing is automatic parking payment for last used zone. Other things works fine.

Wanted to park in blanchardstown hospital for two hours the app will only give one , four or 24 hour options and it's dearer to pay through the app than pay the meter

3 times I have tried to use this app it fails to log into app. took my money from my account ok. simply says I've made an error

Don't waste your time, because you will. Not suited to casual parking and calling invokes rude behaviour.

Remove the ads, now! This is a paid service
