***Use ParkMobile App*** > The green signs in the Miami Beach parking lots with the lot number on them has a website or app where you can download to park this is the ParkMobile app > The kiosk to pay did not work at one lot, at the garage on Lenox Ave the sign said to pay in the kiosk on the parking level before leaving which I did and when leaving the garage the kiosk was there to pay at the gate. it's not very organized and they should remove out-of-date instructions to prevent confusion.
App is terrible The app does not work for reserving spots. It'll say that there is more than half of the parking lot is free, but but unable to reserve. There's no point of using the app or the app existing at all if you're better off going on to the online website. Don't waste your time here
Completely useless, can't create an account, can't login with Facebook, street meters are broken, app doesn't work. App is just constant errors, no matter what you try do. The only thing that worked was marking where I parked.
Hasn't worked since I downloaded it a week ago. Always says no parking lots found when there are 4 in a mile radius. Can't make reservations because they can't even find a lot. O and even better...the help section is a blank screen!!
This app is useless. There's no option to pay any parking, even the reservations don't work.. I uploaded my card for nothing, wasted time on this app for nothing. There's no instructions or navigation hints. Just go ahead and skip the download, walk yourself to a street Kiosk, and make your payment. Uninstall Uninstall Uninstall Uninstall Uninstall..ok you guys get it by now right?
What a garbage app. It's supposed to show how crowded a garage is. When I went to the garages that we're at "65%" they were full and being turned away. So not only did I have to deal with traffic, but I couldn't go to where I wanted. Miami Beach is horrible
The app truly is as bad as everyone else makes it out to be! Impossible to find a payment option. Tells you that lots are full when they have plenty of open spots.
Must have in Miami Beach, South Beach, and Miami Area. Fast and easy and if you need to add extra time it's so easy the biggest reason why I love it is you find $2 hour parking @ the hottest spots that cost 4.35 an hour.
Useless! I could not enter credit card information. Support is non-existent. Telephone number on website is not in service. ParkMobile app installed properly so I have uninstalled this app and recommend everyone save their time and ignore this app. Even 1 star is too many stars
During a convention it kept saying the lots were all open when all were either full or under construction. This app was absolutely useless.
terrible app. cant figure out how to pay for meter parking. It should be the clearest and easiest part of the app. Garbage.
Worst app ever. Can't even find a correct place to park my car while on vacation.. What a JOKE 🤬
Tried to register to pay for parking got an error. Fix it.

This app is absolutely useless. The signs tell you to pay on the app however there is nowhere for you to pay on the app.

Terrible. Unusable - no idea how to start metered parking. Rates are always wrong etc. Just a terrible design.
Deleted it after 10 minutes trying to use it
The app couldn't locate me or reserve parking. Why bother?
I have tried multiple times to use this app without success. The machines are all there but I am unable to make the payment or add a cc. Then I select to pay for street parking and it redirects to a page displaying a 404 error. For the non-technical folks that means a page that does not work. Very disappointed. Hope it is fixed quickly since carrying change is not convenient.
Does not take credit cards. Which idiot at city hall voted to adopt this app? Let's you go way after your time expires, in my case - next day, to let you know you ran out of time. Locator does not work well. It gives you the vicinity where your car is but not the exact spot.
App is tied to Parkmobile which seems to be a mess. Having said that the folks at Parkme, where extremely attentive and called me right back about my problem. Unfortunately they can't fix it because the problem is with Parkmobile.
Can't even login it keeps telling me my password is incorrect. I switch over to the Internet with the same credentials and it works.
Went to supercon, app showed all lots/garages as open with 70+% filled. ALL garages were shut down for being full and all the lots were full as well..passing all the construction signs saying "download the park me app" was the kicker. Everyone was driving in circles. Took 2 hours to park. Sad I depended on this app in a city I'm not familiar with.
