I downloaded the app, created an account and saw that my password is displayed to me in plain text under settings. This is not secure, and I can't imagine how my other data is getting stored on their back end. Uninstall if you don't want your info leaked..
this parking app is showing very specific numbers, but they aren't accurate at all. 60% full, but in real life it's 100% full, or even better, the parking lot is under construction and you can't even park there. Also, when you find one that's not full, the prices shown in the app will not be close at all. The app showed me $2, but it was $15
Very insecure app. Ask for a lot of information, only to reserve a parking.
Unfortunately this app is inaccurate. It told me there was space in a parking garage - so i drove to my meeting instead of taking public transit. Only to arrive and find the lot full - as were several other lots that the app reported to have space. Nearly missed my meeting. Terrible experience. I can never trust it again. So sad, because i really thought it was going to be great.
only as good as the programmers. many inaccuracies for my market. don't have hours to search for correct information. then you're asked to give an opinion of the program... and if not positive, you're transferred to email. why do I want to email them? offered help, but for what? app needs a lot of work to correct inaccuracies and app navigation.
App didn't work. Wouldn't let me add a credit card. I tried 3. Doesn't have option for PayPal. Android pay is the only other option, and Android pay only supports 1/3 of American banks right now, so if you're not the lucky one third of people who it works for, you're out of luck. There's no way to pay. I literally just wanted to give em money for a parking spot, but the app is poorly designed and shouldn't be limited to one payment option that works a third of the time and one that never works
The amounts that are shown on the map are rarely accurate. you have to click on the lot and look at the specifics. it's useful though. get bettet rates than i would otherwise. haven't had a problem with it.
First failure: Tried to use their website to buy a parking spot for 4 hours, got server errors. So, I downloaded the app instead to try that way. Second failure: Two ways to pay in the app, add a credit card to the app (why would I ever want to do this) or use Google Pay. What dumb options. I don't want my card info in your app or any app. Third failure: Cave in and use Google Pay. Buy a parking spot for 4 hours, then get denied entry to the parking deck. Awesome waste of my time and money.
After trying for an hour to reserve a spot and the app and the website and it not allowing me to. Just couldn't reserve no matter what I tried. But my wife found another app and reserved s spot in less than 5 minutes. Don't waste your time with this app!!
The app doesn't hide the password, anyone who would manage to open anyone's phone would see under account the person's parkme password. Also the distance is shown in miles would like to change to km.
This is literally the worst app I have ever seen. It does not work and you have to wait 24 hours, every time to attempt to edit your details. Any council that uses this is just looking to scam people with fines. Outrageously bad and utterly shameful piece of technology.
Absolute and total garbage. Terrible UX, half of the functions are not working. Waste of download megabytes and time.
Great app, gives parking availability and pricing all over the world. I use it a lot when travel.
Showing prices for parking places in different times of a day is useful, especially for street parkings on both sides of a street.
Could not set license plate. Got an error when trying to view my reservation. Accounted for 14% of my background battery usage. Just use their website.
Map shows green street line color even if you can't park there. You have yo open the details to see that you can't.
Tried using for parking at La Hollywood. Not user friendly and not able sign up properly.

Wish i read the reviews first, totally useless app! When you update one section you have to wait 24HOURS in order to update something else on your account! USELESS

Still havent recived my 48 dollars an it has been over a week wow compaines feel like they can treat u how ever they want to i am suing this company for non.payment of 48 dollars i worked for them took pictures an they are not trying to.pay this company is completley unprofecional
Could have better infos about street parking in Sao Paulo Brazil.

Developer's feedback email account is now invalid, Google won't do anything. App doesn't seem to be supported. Data/information is largely wrong, and settings can;t be changed. It's always in miles.
