The app didn't recognize my parking lot

I could not get it to download.
Terrible change. I can no longer prepay to start at 9am when I get somewhere at, say, 745am. I need to set a separate alarm to pay at 9am. This change happened 6/10/21. Now says "parking is free until 9am"...I know that.
