Does not work, app has a bug. Restarted the phone, cleared cache does not help. Now the food business loses my business.
This app is such a scam. Why buy out parking spaces for visitors to use to avoid getting towed when you can't even use the app for it. Just use the website at this point. Otherwise ur best bet is parking somewhere with overnight parking :/
Worst app ever. Doesn't work for Android or iPhone. Website only works on iphone. Do away with this app and the companies that use this app need to find another one. If I could rate negative 5 I would. Smh
It just doesn't work. Developers probably are the type that put opening brackets in a new line. What a disaster
This app looks to be the result of a broken procurent process, there's no reason for it be as broken as it is. It simply doesn't work. I wouldn't voluntarily park at a lot that uses this app.
It's a pretty poorly made app, which is unfortunate because I use the service pretty regularly. Would truly appreciate an update.

Service works fine, app is atrocious. Go through their website through your browser instead.

the app doesn't work
It was working fine at first and then once it updated, it only gives me the option of paying for noon to midnight and I work really early in the morning. If I have someone spend the night, I have to wake up at midnight to register their info into the app and it's honestly ridiculous. The update sucks! Idk why these complexes have this "parknpay" anyways! I shouldn't have to pay to have someone stay at my house!
Have had multiple issues this semester. Sometimes it won't let you register for parking until midnight. Sometimes the buttons don't work at all, preventing you from parking.
Won't allow me to pay until right before midnight, apparently. I've been trying since 10:30 pm. I'm 58 and want to go to sleep without my car being towed. Never given a 1 star before on anything.
Horrible idea implemented by greedy people to scam already struggling college students. As so many others have said, why should someone have to pay just to use visitor parking at a complex for a couple of hours? This is nothing more than a scam to feed the towing company extortion racket.
But can you at least have an option to "remember login" so I don't have to keep typing my email and password?! Please!
Why must my guests pay to visit me? This is a horrendous idea and a terrible scheme to rip off already struggling college students.
The app has no option to move to SD storage and takes up a lot of space for such a simplistic app

I've never written a bad comment about an app before but this is ridiculous. I can't get past the opening screen not to mention the insane access allowed. Don't believe the app makers response about geolocation being the only access that is supposed to be allowed either. The company's Web page even states outright in its sales pitch that getting more information about who is parking at your facility is a perk to using it. Terrible idea, terribly implemented by terribly greedy people.
This app does not work: location is undetectable. Therefore, I could not pay for parking. This official app review will serve as proof in case of roam tow.
Only works some of the time. Whoever developed this app did not test it well enough. I guarantee it will cost some people money in towing fees, just because the app did not work.
It works, sure, sometimes. Two out of three tries I wasn't getting my confirmation email. And when you check order history nothing was showing up, yet I got a success window whenever I filled out my little form. Please someone fix this, you're risking someone's car getting towed unjustly.

It is literally broken on android. You guys should be resonating for everyone that gets towed because of this nonfunctional app

I cant ever use this app. Which is stupid bc i need it to be able to have guest parking without being towed. Why force us to use this when it doesnt even work? I fill out the form completely, it says its incomplete. It tells me to use the web version on my phone, theres no submit button to complete the process after inputting my info. I literally have to bring my laptop to login online. Poor layout and badly designed.
