Can't add anything in the cart. And maybe to add a feature for saving your favorite pick up store.

Pay with saved card not working even after passing verified by visa, need to enter as new card again.

Enormously stupid of an app. Can't go through the sign in page. Have reset passwords nth times still gives error. So awful that the company should be ashamed of designing an app in the first place.

Does not seem to work. Searching for even basic products like "rice" returns no results and there seems to be no Click and Collect stores available

Can't put anything into shopping cart, logged out, deleted app and reinstalled, still doesn't work, please help to fix my account pls, thanks

Terrible app + ParknShop online purchase is a disaster! You order and pay for items and they will delivery items at their discretion. If items are available online but, for some reason, they can't deliver, you will basically stay without them. Not to mention their terrible email/phone customer service... I still have to wait for an investigation for the items not delivered. Total disrespect for customers! Not the first time having this kind of problem, not using online service anymore!

It asked u to wait and wait to have the chance to buy. After u r in, it's very slow to do the transaction... I'm very disappointed :(

Slow app with poor choice of goods. Cannot find anything. Struggled to find switch to English, found it by luck only. Very small unfriendly interface. Very strange categories of goods. Hong Kong is 10 years away in terms of online shopping. Shame on PnS. Another confirmation of how terrible is this chain store.

Can't register at all. Once I've entered the one-time SMS code an error shows and I can't enter any more codes. It assumes that I've created my account, but I can't buy anything with it as it keeps telling me to link it with my cash rewards account but it freezes every time I try linking.

Very slow and ineffective App! Difficult to search! Although there is lots of choices for goods, it is too time consuming to use! Real improvement is yet to be seen! Upgrade is hopeless?!

Very slow and buggy, items drop from the basket so the order is missing item o already had added. The search function is really bad and results are not accurate. It's a very slow app and the items do not have good descriptions

Terrible app. Language setting does not stay when clicking on promotions after getting an out of app notification and search function does not work. App looks great but user experience is one of the worst. Uninstalled after trying to use a few times.

Searches doesn't come up in full and repeats products over and over again. Stock count and what's allowed to order don't match up so had to update the cart multiple times. Constantly loading and hard to navigate especially without a home button.

This is THE slowest and most ineffective app I've ever used. It's like dialup in 1996! The app continually hangs, and when you call support, nobody speaks English. Sooooooo frustrating. Might need to switch back to Wellcome.

Good App for checking whether or not a product is available for sale at ParknShop. The latest version just have Chinese so you almost cannot find daily items in English. Of course descriptions are very tiny. Come on, what is wrong with a version you can switch to English or Chinese..Come on Hong Kong is an international city so you should be bi-lingual. Think of all the Philpino maids who cannot read in Chinese...

Discounted cheese shown in cart is not discounted HORRIBLY! It lets you put to cart but will say no stock so BORINGLY! Loading app is locking up the app ridiculously! Search result always shows incorrect products frustratingly. Very SLOW Cart recalculation! BEWARE, products in cart would SILENTLY PRICED UP! Almost all products don't show up in favorite lists erroneously. Sometimes java error. TOO MANY ISSUES! Why did you do this, Mr Lee?!

Horrible. Select all goods and no possible to check out with million different failure msg. Just waste time. Disappointed. If it is not ready to use shouldnt promote it with the discount code. Very angry i waste 45 mins on the cart and finally i can buy nothing. The payment is never works. Fail no way to add visa card info. Just redicudulous

After I updated the App in the morning, I could not add more than 1 item in the shopping cart 🛒

This app is literal. garbage. No option to remove or adjust item amounts in your cart. Certain Items in your cart will randomly double e.g. your diaper amount in the cart will double but not your chips 🤣 And keep in mind once your item amounts double you can't adjust the amount again lmao. Only way to clear your cart is delete the app and reinstall lol Also dishonest advertising saying 100 off when you spend 750 but in reality only gives you 50 off Absolute trash. Avoid at all costs.

The worst app I ever use. Try to search product and it take so long, after selected one or two items in the shopping cart, the app breakdown and I have to search all over again. Better delete this app from download.

The apps doesn't work. It says I need to log in using the money back account, i tried but the apps stalled. Also the search function is poorly developed, lots of unrelated items show up.

A big organization but cannot produce a stable app. For years, spend a whole day trying to buy, at the end your cart is empty or cannot make payment. Don't waste your time like me try, try and try.

Unable to use new password after changing. Unable to log in with correct new password.
