terribly designed app. Parked, wasted data downloading, left without patronage. I couldn't figure out how I was supposed to project a timeframe or how to apply my vendor. Sorry 'The Counter' maybe another location some other time. My wife and I were excited to try but we couldn't due to this confusing app.
Horrible interface takes too much time and effort with insufficient instructions and a bad validation system. Avoid the Town Center when you have to pay to park.
Always quick and simple to use. I do wish there was a 15 mins increment option, though.
One parking app for one shopping center. Not only inconvenient, but also using their app to track where their customers live. Never going back to Reston Town Center until they remove this app.
Love the App, Super Easy ... BUT wish it was open-ended time without having to worry about forgetting to extend before getting a parking ticket.
They should prorate parking time and give you the full time you pay for. Whenever you submit, the timer is always a minute or two short of how much you pay for. I guess that's gubmint for ya!
Garbage app crashed several times trying to pay and later hijacked my phone while I was driving home to tell me that I was almost out of parking time.
Good app in general but highway robbery that we have to pay in 1 hour increments. What if we just needed to park for 10 or 15 minutes!?!?
I hate paying Boston Properties to park. Look at all of the vacancies! Way to ruin what used to be THE place to go.

Why the minimum parking period is 1hr? I need 30 minutes only. That's ugly strategy to steal people. Thanks for robbing us.

Terrible app. Doesn't even work in the garage. Had to go outside in the rain to use my cell connection. Wants way too much access to my phone. It will let you pay for 4 hour parking even though sign says 2 hour max. Call the phone number on the sign and computer answers and says to go to the web site. Really.
