How do I turn off the loud chiming noise when I complete a payment? There is no need to have a loud noise play and sometimes when I'm adding more time to my parking place im in a quiet professional setting and the chime is embarrassing. Please disable the sound during payment. Also very annoying that it constantly makes me re-verify my phone number everytime I use it.

Complete and utter junk. Could not pay for a single parking spot. Always claims the spots are not valid.

App is awful. You constantly have to reverify your phone number with a 6 digit verification code. Then on top of that the pin you made. Why not just the pin? Isn't that what it's for?? On top of that many times the app doesn't work. It loads super slow and if it's doing that it won't register your pin number. It'll just say "invalid" and you have to close and reopen the app and hope it's working this time. Longest it's taken me to buy parking space is 30 minutes. What a waste of my time.

Ever since they updated from the old interface, the notifications for the app are glitchy. The parking timer notifications are impossible to get rid of, even long after the session has ended, and the only way to make the notification go away is to force stop the app. (Galaxy Note 8)

Most people are having problems with black screen. Try clicking on the top right icon which shows your account. Then enter information about your vehicle's license plate and the app should work after that. The app works great and it is easy to pay for parking with my card on file.

So easy and convenient to use! Love being able to add time no matter where I am. You can also easily pay for multiple parking spots at once. Glad Savannah went digital with parking payment! Worth the hourly price increase in hot zone parking! Helps me avoid getting pesky parking tickets...

Easy to use. A breeze to extend your time. Shows your time remaining. Alarms when you're going low on time, and allows ample time to extend your time before being ticketed. Godsend. No more running back to where you parked to load more money.

Very convenient and easy to use, but as soon as I submit my credit card info, 3 minutes are deducted from the time I entered. I don't mind the nickel service charge, but the 3 minutes could pose a problem at some point.

Convenient; just don't like that if you pay for all day, you cannot move your car and the app allows someone else to pay for the same spot while your time paid is still in effect...the app should say that the space is not available...just another way to get money.

Never works. As soon as I try to start a new session the app freezes and crashes. Pity, since this would be incredibly useful.

It makes it really convenient to park downtown and manage your parking time. If you're somehow on the other side of downtown and your spot will expire soon instead of cutting your visit at the store short to rush back you just log on and add more time.

This app takes 2 minutes to log into every time and charges you for the time spent maneuvering it's complicated and glitchy setup. We shouldn't be charged until we press confirm.

When it decides to work its great. When you hit ALL of the buttons then get bumped out, thus not fully completing transaction and get a $20 tix it can get old.

It worked great for a while then it stopped working. I keep getting error messages, having to re-enter my cc info then the payment won't go thru!

Well it doesn't work, it doesn't stay logged in, and after I've typed in my phone number the code that is sent to me my pin and when I press start new session the screen goes blank.

The app hasn't worked since it updated in early 2022. Why the HELL does this app need access to my phone, Bluetooth, camera, and everything else??

Should have a map of the city with spaces for each block, similar to Parkmobile. Also the ability to extend a stay in a space.

Super easy and convenient! I love the alert feature that let's me know when my parking time is close to expiring! Great app for residents and tourists!

Ridiculous. Every time I use it I must receive a 6 digit code to verify its me! Additionally the slider to set the amount of time you want is a pain in the A__. Just do it like all GOOD time apps do.
