I've had multiple issues with this app that led to parking tickets. Furthermore, the city was not flexible and rejected an appeal for a parking ticket caused by the app. Unfortunately, I will have to start paying at the pay station instead. The parking ticket cost seems exorbitant ($38) so be very careful when using this app.

Horrible app. Can't scan a barcode, can't pay for less than an hour, doesn't allow you to extend or warn when the meter is going to expire. I never got a notification that the meter was expiring. Got back to my car to find I had been given a $38 ticket 3 minutes after the meter expired.

The app works, but I had to relaunch the zone picked a few times (it would have trouble loading). Then, on our way to our car, we forgot where we parked so we looked at the app. It was off by five blocks, and we had to go up each street until we found where we actually had parked.

Every time I tried to use it, it would say the payment failed. I got 2 $40 tickets because of it and it still took my payments for the parking. Most. Expensive. App. Ever. 0 stars.

Absolutely. Awful. Next time, don't make me sign up for an account to park my car. Also, integrate with third party finance, like Google Pay or Amazon Pay

This is the worst parking app to deal with. Can't pay. Can't park less than an hour. Payments won't go through.

Worked fine until latest update. Now whenever I try to use the app, no matter what space I choose it says "space unavailable"

You really need to set up the app so that you can enter the payment in without doing it 10 times. Took me 10 attempts to try to add a new visa. Please fix your crappy app

Using my card to figure that out. Those machines are horrible and don't make sense and are such a hassle that sometimes people can't even use them. Love the Apple so it's really easy

This is probably one of the worst apps ever.. 90% of the time, it times out, or says it's unable to get the rates..

There's a good 5 to 10 minute lag between paying your spot and it updating to the system. Why is this important? Well if you get recorded by ticket police even though you've already paid, you STILL get a ticket!

Would be better if you could check out. i usually do the max because i don't know how long i will be. Great revenue model for the city, but not ideal for users.

This is so handy. I don't visit downtown often and figuring out how to pay for parking has always been intimidating but this is so simple and straightforward.

the option to create a login without tye email hassle is awesome. app is well designed. smart people that understand the customer must be behind this app.

In less than 10 mins. had an account set up and paid. Makes parking so much easier.

Much better than the previous app. Buying previous parking spots is much easier.

Keeps sending notifications well after parking is finished. Annoying.

Latest update states space is unavailable, regardless of what space it is.

It kept notifying me that session expired..... I had to uninstall.

Terrible app - doesn't work. Entered the zone & the space from the sign by my car & and get an error: space invalid.

Said zone i was trying to park in doesnt exist, even tho i was parked in front of the sign that gave me the zone number. Useless.

Terrible. It asked for the zone or whatever and I put in the parking space at nothing worked. Figure it out guys. What a pain in the arse.

TRASH!!! Why isn't there just free parking? or even just validation parking which promotes local business. The Fact That A Whole City Has An App To Make Them Pay You To Not Use Your Car When Leaving Your Car On And Idling Is Such A Big Deal Really Grinds My Gears.

Didn't work. Told me the space was not available even though I was parked in it.

Easy to use and very convenient app. every city should adopt this version.

Does not even map out parking areas. You are supposed to know which zone you are in. Not visitor friendly!

I shouldn't have to download a whole app just to pay for parking. This should just be a mobile friendly website

App is very easy to use. I love that I get a text reminder when I am about to expire.

It works but is outdated for current version of Android.
