This apps make my phone hang once I open it. After reset my phone even run in background and make my phone very hot. I have to uninstall the apps in order my phone back to normal. This is serious case do look into it fast.
Unfriendly UI design, right from the new user registration browser pages. The most frustrating registration process of all. E.g."Continue" link should be made into a button to ease user keying on mobile devices. The developer seems to have designed this app for non mobile devices.
If possible to give -5, I'll give -5. This app developer failed! The phone hang when open, and my phone hang for 5 mins, forced to restart mh phone. Please do the UAT before launch ur apps.
The card is not convenient. Cashier cannot check the point must go to customer service. Apps very hard to key in the details always got stuck. Better go Aeon to buy things. Give up!
Mohon be serious when u want to implement mobile apps to your customers. Otherwise tak perlu adakan mobile apps ni kalau tak boleh maintain. i saw too many complains and ur apss down giler lama. If nak interns student tolong jaga ur apps let me know. I can supply interns from universiti degree student. Seriously! Ur customer service function in reporting problem for this apps seems not functional juga. Pls resolved this.
We can't even log into the app after we have purchased our shopping at all your counters for the last 5 years! Please do something about this is if you really care about your reputation & US as your valued customers !!! It's a shame that everytime these problems crops up, the cashiers are of no help either, their answers are always the same : "Tak tahu lah, kita sudah report banyak kali tapi" It's so disheartening for us whenever we shop at most of Parkson. 😒😤 HELLO, DO SOMETHING PLEASE!!!
I tried to report an issue through contact us. It's useless. It kept giving me an error "can't send email and to fill in name, email address, contact number, subject and message " which I have already filled in.
How come apps down customer service also not able check... Our point collection until 31dt Dec 2021 n redemption til 31st Jan 2022...we not able check point... Customer service also not able check point.... How can we know how much we need to top up to get the rewards we prefer??????
Can't register tried 2 mobile phones still same. Wondering how parkson really launch malfunction apps? Please fix the bugs and then only launch it till that don't do marketing for your point cards. Waste of time
Not able to register because getting error NRIC mismatch. Then try tob reach out to customer service through Contact Us but it is showing error about form not completely filled which is faulty. Why encourage customer to install this app to get the 2020 journal since it is so faulty???
Nothing shown on app. Keep asking to register, login or continue as guest. Then shows a totally white screen. Basically nothing shown on the app.
Cannot log in, cannot register. I see from several reviews that has been an ongoing complaint for months??!! What's happening with the app developer or Parkson I. T. / MARKETING back end??? Time to wake up!
Hi, I am still unable to register the card. Ive tried using the app and website to register, after completed the form and click the register. The webpage goes back to the log in page, and I've tried log in but shows invalid username and passwords
Can't even log in or register. Tried several times,once click to log in/register,it came out a blank page. I waited for a few minutes and it's still same.
I has been tried more than 20 times still unable to register....and it does not show what error or example if you key wrong format....this is a worst register i ever face...
App's not working. None of the feature is working nor showing any content.

Not really convenient as promised, everytime the app is launched, it needs you to log in again and again. Why even bother at this point?

I love to shop at Parkson. I have been since it opened. So many choices of clothes, household, handbags, perfumes...you named them. And the Sales is amazing, all year thru... So, you really can shop till you drop at Parkson.
Never pay fees to the app developer, is it? Totally not functioning at all. If we cannot access to our accumulated points, then how to stay loyal to your brand?

There's an issue in points history, I did purchase n redeem but it shown no transactions , please fix!
Your app has serious flaw. While signing up whenever i wanna copy paste the password, as soon as the shortcut windows comes up, the whole app jam and my whole phone freezes. You need to fix the flaw or i wont use it
