Parkway Bank Mobile

In desperate need of updates! Ever since the huge Samsung update last summer, this app hasn't functioned. It freezes up with simple commands, the back button in the app and on my phone does not work, nor does the transfer or deposit options. Sorely lacking and typical uninstall/reinstall attempts do nothing. Please update and upgrade this app.

I am updating my review, the app works fine now. The only thing this bank app is missing from all my other bank apps is I can't go back but a month or less. That is unexceptional. I should be able to go back to when I opened said account. I have already had to go to the branch to have smtn printed up when I should be able to do at home. Besides that all the bugs are fixed!

Its fine, it works well enough my problem is i have had to reset my pw so often due to this thing locking me out. I go to reset and i keep getting "password can not match previous password" if that was the case why did it lock me out? But overall, its easy to use.

too much with the extra security. having to get a code via text message every so often for an app that doesn't even show really sensitive information is just annoying

I enjoy having my account accessible but it basically just crashes 1 month after downloading and I need to Uninstall and reinstall every time this happens otherwise I can't see my account

Missing key components. Despite this latest update Feb 16 2020 still missing fingerprint sign on.

Very Frustrating, Everytime I Log in, They Asking for more Verification. 😤

EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING to constantly get login errors when entered information is correct! PLUS, customer service is Non-existent on the weekends, so you have to wait until they finally open on Monday... When a customer is forced to drive to the bank, what's the point of mobile banking!?

Haven't been able to use this app for over a year now. Says my phone is rooted or jailbroken when it isn't and just refuses to work.

Great app. I use with my note 5 pictures come out great. My only complaint is it's a Little slow updating account balance. Wish it was more like chase app with instant withdrawal and pending charges notifications

I have to uninstall and redownload every time there is an update. What gives

Unable to deposit checks using camera on Google pixel with latest update even after clearing app cache & data. App says "initialization failed". Had to use my old Galaxy S5 to get it to deposit. Will update back to 5 stars once this is fixed.

ATM and Branch locator does NOT work for the area near the main branch at Lawrence and Harlem.

Check balances, transfer funds, deposit checks via your mobile ... love my KASASA account as well!!!

COULD IT BE THE TABLET??!WHAT'S THE POINT OF HAVING THE OPTION ON THE APP TO TAKE PICTURES OF YOUR CHECK IN ORDER " NOT" TO GO TO THE BANK IF THE APP DOESN'T WORK AND YOU HAVE TO GO TO THE BANK TO HAVE THOSE CLUELESS IDIOTS LOOK AT IT, TO FIND OUT THEY ARE EVEN STUPIDER NOW?!? SO CLOSING MY ACCOUNT! AND CLIENT SERVICES AT THE 888 NUMBER ARE SO FLIPPIN RUDE!

This app let's you check balance, transfer money, all the basic banking needs

Great features. Especially like that the account activity page shows pending payments. The check deposit feature is very convenient

The other banking apps are great and I'm going to let you finish, but Parkway Bank's mobile banking app is the greatest mobile banking app of all time!

This is much easier than trying to access your account via internet on your phone!
