Artist audio presets
With Parrot Zik, you can customise audio playback. Parrot offers artists a chance to create and share their own audio Presets. Users can thus download these Presets and experience music the way the artists intended.
Producer Mode
You can use Producer Mode to create your own Audio Presets and share them with the Parrot Zik community. Recreate unique acoustics using the 5-band parametric Parrot Pro equalizer combined with sound spatialisation.
Smart Audio Tuning
The Parrot Zik application uses tags in your music files and selects the best presets automatically.
Graphic equalizer
Use the graphic equalizer to intuitively and quickly adjust your headset's audio playback. Simply point at the musical style best adapted to your taste.

World map of noise (New!)
Get an instant view of the noisiest places on the planet.The world map of noise is produced thanks to the participation of consenting Parrot Zik 2.0 & 3 owners.**Parrot does not save any vocal data, only the ambient noise level (dB) is shared, provided the user consents.
Automatic adaptive noise reduction
Multiple integrated microphones sense exterior noise and cancel it out using the anti-noise waves the headphones send back. This helps to achieve optimum sound quality all the time. Several options are available in the application, to ensure unique listening comfort.
- Noise reduction: for insulation from exterior noise during telephone conversations and while listening to music
- Street mode: to enjoy the sensation of not wearing a headset, to remain alert in the street. Exterior sound is reinjected into the earbuds.

Overall fantastic app & headphones. Excellent features and quality. Minus one star for the inability to toggle the touch sensors on the ear piece off. V cool feature but highly sensitive and when I'm in bed I frequently accidentally trigger stop/skip forward because my shoulder ( just barely) brushes the ear piece when I shift. Tempted to minus a second star for the weird way the headphones make the outside noise seem louder if I turn the (excellent) noise cancelling off but overall they're 👍
What a joke the software on the headphones are. Anytime I switch from YouTube, insta or Spotify the music cuts out. It still plays on silent in the background but nothing comes through the headphones. Happens constantly if I get an ad through a YouTube video or Facebook one. That was over two years ago. Tried contacting you lot but got no response. Switched phones brought some B&Os I get no problem. Thought I'd retry these and still the same problem. What a joke of a product.
I have the earlier version of these headphones. They still sound great, but without the older app (this one doesn't support those headphones) I'm lacking a serious amount of functionality. I too will think twice before buying another Parrot product. If the company doesn't think enough of their product or their customers to support the longevity of a well designed item, they're just not for me going forward.
The app is getting worse each update it pass Can't connect to my account. I Do not receive any mail (excepts newsletters) I can't connect using the Google button either cannot send a mail in case I've forgotten my password Can't create a simple equaliser preset if you're a not logged in nothing works. Oh and forgotten to mention that some of the pictures shown here are basically gone, the app doesn't look like this for me now
Absolutely terrible! I cannot believe that support for my headphones is not available at all! These were my favourite headphones and I loved all the configurations I could do with the app, but for whatever reason, they don't think that it should still be supported? I don't think I will ever purchase anything from this brand again. Very disappointed.
Good headphones but company does not allow download of previous version of app. Lost my copy of app. So now good headphones are useless. I can cetainly understand not making major changes to old app going forward. However, not making new app backward compatible is an excellent way to lose customers.
Works fine. Can't say I have use for most of the features beyond controlling noise cancelling and the battery gauge. Someone for phone call is awesome and I like street mode do I can enjoy music but still hear folks around me.
I get an error on some of the screens eg the noise map. Useless error. I have zik 2 and zik 3. The zik2 works fine. Noise cancelling is just bizarre or broken on zik 3. Turning off noise cancelling is better than it being on. Seems backwards but this is only on the zik3
Amazing app, too bad it's difficult to use the equalizer properly, you can't really do much with it, although you can hear differences, but not as greatly as other apps do.
Parrot Zik has one most annoyng issue -it drops the call when headphone is touched. That MUST be an optional!!!! Unfortunately, this app has very limited set of device settings.
I gave 2 stars because you need Facebook/Gmail to log in and you must give permission for your contacts: unacceptable! But, still a good app, does what it says and a bit more. EDIT How does it answer my question about Parrot needing my data to connect my EUR 400 Headset to an app, without which it can't operate at its best? One less star.
I have the first generation of parrot zik 1 and doesnt its not working on this app. Before it was fine with parrot audio suite but the app is no longer available. I can still conecct my headphones to my phone but not able to conect to the parrot zik app. Please upgrade your system
Why is there no support for first generation Zik, on top of that the original app is no longer available! These things cost an arm and a leg and they are incredible but I would like continued software support or I will switch to Bose
Best features inside the Headphone. Made for all style os music: Blues, Classic, Rock, Pop, Beat, Dance and Havy Metal. Excellent quality and best experience with this app.
For some reason I could never connect my parrot headphone with the app. It should happen automatically when a compatible parrot device in on and in range, but mine everytime showed "No device"
While I am unhappy that the app does not work for the gen, if like me you have a set of gen 1 and need the app for them go to there website and message there support team. I am also amazed that the gen 1 dues not have a pc version of the software. However at least you can get the old app from them directly even if you can't on the here.
Very user friendly. Thanks to the developer to invest time make this app. It helps a lot to control the headphones. The presets are amazing!
Zik 2 owner. Not recognized as suite, not recognized in Parrot Zik app. You announced in Jan 19 that your devs were working in some updates to another 1 star user... We are now in December 19, still no new app, and I still don't have access to ANY advanced functions. Maybe you have an ETA, or why my (otherwise perfectly functioning) ZIK 2 are not recognized ?
I have version 1.0 of the Parrot Zik headphones which are not supported by this app and the company has removed the Parrot Audio Suite app so there is no longer app support for my headphones. If your new app won't support them, don't get rid of the original app.
Can't login using an existing account. Can't register a new one. Login/register buttons looks like a picture, not a real button. Anyway there is no any reaction when I press them
As many other reviewers have found, does not pair with gen 1 Zik's, which would be ok as app is still beta, but to remove Parrot Suite while the bugs are being ironed out of the beta version is very poor! I'm now looking for alternatives and they won't be Parrot.
Totally helpless, does not see my parrot zik headphone (1st generation), paired with BT. Where is the good old original app that used to give all the possible settings of the hp and required no account / login ?
Please, please. Produce more headsets. Continue to support the ones you made. They were superb high end consumer sets, I have repaired two, have three, and they are going so strong thanks to your replaceable batteries.
The application is very good and reliable. My zik 2 headphones unfortunately not. The sound is still great but the housing is tearing apart.
A very practical app. I do appreciate the fact it could really isolate or help getting everything around you while listening to music...
amazing app!! I really like it! but there are some problems somtimes: it may don't to see the headphones even if zik3 is already connected to my phone with Bluetooth
App does what it is supposed to do. I like the ability to change the plethora of settings for the headphones easily. The customization of sounds is superb the ability to download other equalizer presets is nice, if not a little gimicky. The only reason I dinged a star was because the sound map doesn't seem to work. Not a big deal but ditch it from the app if it doesn't work. That being said, the ziks are amazing headphones.
