An absolutely incredible game. Dripping with charm from every angle, it keeps enough new ideas coming in that it doesn't get stale, while bringing back characters and concepts from earlier stages to develop a persistent narrative. The ending is great, and there is a large amount of replayability in collecting the sometimes cryptic medals or fun outfits. The amount of medals required to progress is very fair after the inital set of levels. Games like this are not made frequently enough anymore.
I always love HAL games, they always look nice, play nice, and have a fun soundtrack to go with it. Thought it would be a bit wonky playing on mobile instead of Nintendo Switch, but it works pretty good. Kind of odd that the resolution is locked, but I've had some horrible experinces with bad scaling, so I feel this is more safe for a variety of devices. Edit: Found out why the game is double the price on Switch. The console version is basically the extended edition, more levels, modes, etc.
I'm so happy this game was ported to the switch! Its incredibly charming and fun. Playing through the game normally isn't super difficult, but going for all the medals is challenging. This version of the game is outdated compared to the switch version due to that one having more content, but I'm happy that I played the mobile version back in 2019. I highly suggest buying it on switch version over this version, it has much more content over this one. That being said, this game is still really fun
Cute game from a quality developer. Fun to pick up and play, so it feels just right for mobile. Controls can take some getting used to, but that's part of the charm. Graphics are nice, apart from the aspect ratio being forced to 16:9. The game should properly adapt to the screen real estate you have available.
Lots of fun to be had here! The game play keeps you on your toes with a strict timer, unlock able costumes for your interplanetary friend, and a lot of jobs to do! The story isn't much but I don't mind it because the game play and music makes up for it. Also, if you really wanted to play it with motion controls, the option is always there in the settings tab on the hub.
The gameplay is easy to pick up and very well executed. In addition, they managed to make a traditional stick and button interface work on mobile, which is hard to do since you don't get tactile feedback. The graphics and sound are also very nice. Overall, this game is a must have and a ray of sunshine in a world where free-to-play cashgrabs rule the app store.
A very fun and very quirky game. Controls are a little bit difficult to get used to, but that is one of the charms of this game. This game tests you knowledge in puzzle solving and strategy as you gain money and medals by replaying it. Once you get used to it, replaying each level will be easy. Overall, really fun game.
Just beat it and was shocked that I needed up enjoying it was much as I did! Super replayable with the medals and jam packed with secrets, such as a special costume which is reminiscent of one of HAL's other IP's. Lots variety, sick boss fights, and great visual flare make this a console quality game for mobile. Has a great sense of style and humor, and has the classic HAL levels of care put into it. Couldn't recommend it more. especially at such a low price!
This is a really nice little game with an excellent pedigree. Unfortunately the controls just cause frustration in the later levels. You can probably get your money's worth but I had to give up on that challenge where you need to reconstruct a building.
The controls can take some getting used to, which is understandable since you're a floaty UFO and all. For 4 bucks, this is a nice little experience and a good way to spend some spare time. No microtransactions is a huge plus too!
Fun, adorable, and most importantly, its just a regular product that you buy with money up front, with no ads, microtransactions, or any of the other nonsense that has totally ruined mobile gaming. This is just a game, that you buy, and then you play it, and all the content is just already there in the game. Its very depressing that games this are so rare on mobile.
I bought this version 1-2 months before the Switch extended port happened. Of course, now, the original version feels lacky of all the new content. I attempted a clawless run but only done the first stage after a lot of effort. Not much to do after completing the challenges.
Just one of those Unique games that are very hard to find. Lots of great challenges to complete so you are always trying to achive something. And alot of stylish options to Costomize your UFO to your hearts desire. Just is simply a must have game to have in your phone.
Its good all around. Good Graphics, straightforward, but mildly challenging gameplay, and references to other games from the company. The music is a bit repetitive though...
I didn't know what to expect going into this game, being that it's a mobile game by the Kirby devs. But wow, this game has all the charm of any other HAL game. Essentially, it's a physics based puzzle game where you pick things up with a claw, and drop them off elsewhere. And while $3.99 might be a bit steep for what this game looks like on the surface, I assure you that this game will not disappoint you. And all the money you earn goes towards cute hats that boost stats, so what's not to love.
Excellent little game! Love the art and the charm! No micro transactions or grindy nonsense. Very few games are worth payment, this is one of them. Please support ethical mobile games! Also, you might want to watch gameplay on YouTube so you know exactly what you're paying for.
So much fun, the music is fairly good, the modern pixel works WONDERS for the game, there are no micro-transactions I've found, I haven't gotten any ads, and honestly overall it's a great package!
The content here for a cheap game is pretty good. I do wish we'd get some additional levels at some point, but as it is now the game is definitely a polished and fun little puzzle. Definitely worthy of HAL.
Cute little game that's fun + easy to control (with 1 and 2 hand control options)! It's a full game without microtransactions. HAL knows what's up. This game is worth the purchase.
Charming, addictive fun complete with a typically Hal style of music and design. Anyone who loves Kirby will immediately feel at home. The gameplay is fun and addictive making you want to comeback and reolay levels. Completely worth the money.
Definitley worth the money. It's got color, its vibrant and charming. Porting this to the switch was a great idea. And there are no in app purchases. It's a great game.
The analog stick is a bit too sensitive and the claw can be a bit clunky but the art style and music are very catchy and charming plus the games price is good and there are no microtransactions all in all it`s a very good game but the controls could use an Improvment
Great little physics puzzle game by HAL. Simple and there's quite a bit of content & replayability. Also no MTX in sight, plays out like a normal game.
You can see the love and aspects incorporated from HAL laboratory. This game does require data or internet when you start it just so it can identify your Google account but can be played offline afterwards. Its simple but gives a challenge with no in-app purchases. 1,000 stars/5. I really hope they make a more games that are full of surprises. Not just known for kirby but for many things yet to come in the future.
This is a great game and well worth the price. The only thing that bugs me is the whistling in most of the songs, it starts to get grading after a few hours. But other then this is one of the most fun and creative apps that I have seen.
great game, simple control, simple looking, be warned its a lot harder then it looks! the only slight downside is that it doesn't fill the screen on my galaxy s8+.
No ads, lots of charm, easy controls, and clever gameplay. What more could you want? Worth the purchase, absolutely.
This game is a lot of fun! One time purchase and then all the levels, costumes, etc are unlockable in game. I wish more mobile games were like this!
Dunno why other talk badly about the controls, I think theyre simple to pick up. Very charming game! Also by the makers of Kirby, if that affects anything. music is good too!
What a unique experience this is. It feels very Japanese, reminiscent of games like the Katamari series. They aren't that many levels but they almost all feel unique and memorable. Controls work great on mobile. I guess I just wish the new content available in the Switch version could make its way to mobile even if it has to be paid DLC. NB: support for taller aspect ratios would be nice, the game only supports 16:9 and taller displays will have to deal with letterboxing.
