This official app from your health insurance provider Partenamut provides you with a quick, simple and reliable access to every one of our services. All the main functionalities of your online service desk are available right from your very pocket!

• Send directly your reimbursement requests regarding your Partenamut advantages. All you need to do is take a picture with your camera and send it via the app in just a few seconds.
• Access your reimbursements history where and when you want to, everywhere in the world.
• Ask at any moment your European Health Insurance Card or your identification stickers. You can also dial emergency numbers (or Mediphone Assist if you are abroad).

disappointing and especially useless, I removed it immediately. you cannot submit your "attestations de soins donnés" through this app, which is the only added value I would expect from it.
Not giving same results as the web site for the same request.Password allowed characters not as complete as others.
Why is not possible to log in with "it's me"? Why now is not working the automatic log in with fingerprint as was on previous version?
Good app, but sometimes at night around 23.30 can't login.
Sending documentation through the app doesn't work. Otherwise it is ok

All information is very helpful and easy.
The only possible reason to use it would be to send reimbursement of treatment. This function is not provided, so the application has no use at all.

Benefit documents can't be sent, you can't validate second step
The app is using up to 3% of battery life even if I don't launch it! There seems to be a service (localisation ?) that stays awake all the time!
