Dont do it! Neat app, terrible company. Notified them of the sale of our business via email a year ago and they just charged me the auto renew and wont refund. Even though they were notified and KNOW that the app was not being used the whole time. Three months in of going around and around... oh yeah and the platforms they say are going to integrate with have been "coming" for two years for me.
I actually served the founder and the team that put the app together. Talking to them is an eye opener they really take consideration in the work that is put as a bartender/bar manager. The app shaves so much time in the process and I have to say I appreciate them for that I get to go home early to my dog. Lol so thank you for that.
I am unable to get my reports. The guy I am dealing with isn't listening to my issues. Seriously upset that he and app have made me look very bad at work. I do not recommend their service. Looks neat. Doesn't work. Keep moving.
After installing and starting to add items get a sales email to say how to save $ after the trial. No home use allowed and account removed. Needs to be clear on the download page that it is a trial and home use will be removed.
0 STARS.....Super bad first impression. Download the app. Enrolled and it takes 15 minutes to load or set up inventory sections. After those 15 minutes I get a sales call from them. I requested to do the demo online or by video and the sales rep HUNG UP THE PHONE. Disappointing as a new business owner.
Learn from ad is not exactly what l got through trial testing. No email support contact or any kind. No report after input my testing inventory... What a shame it seems like a good app,. Seems like waste of time.

Anjali kundra came to amex centurion lounge at lax and introduce us to partender app we did a training and love the app so easy to organize our storage and withing minutes we mastered how to do inventory and count our pars. Partender app is so simple to use makes you feel like an expert and build confidence running reports.
Keeps kicking off as i am finishing the inventory. Tells me i am not authorized and removes everything i have done inventory count adding new bottles all gone. Pain in the a
You say I am not installed though I use you all the time. My issue is on my phone I can do partender, but I can not open my gmail to partender via the phone. Can't always carry a laptop.
Seems like it could be useful but terrible bottle selection and most of them don't have a 700ml selection which is what they all come in as standard
Not a bad app. Just not worth if for me at $165 a month.
Can't add image to product. "Can't load image". Won't let me continue, therefore the app is bricked.

This program is NOT meant for a bar that offers bottle sales. EVERYTHING is measured by the ounce or ML. If you sell liquor by the bottle (offsale) youu have to run a pile of other reports & formulas to get your "simple" answers

This app has been very useful and accurate with my store. Makes ordering and inventory very easy, less stressful, and most importantly organized where I can keep tract of all my inventory. Not only that but Sam was very helpful and explaining into detail about the application ad well as the website. Love this application.
