Was great, but like another reviewer, I can no longer use this app on my Android phone following the latest update. I get to the screen which says 'Sign in', but can go no further. Have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, turned off any battery restrictions, given the app permissions to access anything, cleared the app and phone cache of all data (several times over), and this app simply doesn't work anymore. Will update my review and rating if the issue is fixed.

Using this on a brand new Samsung phone and unable to sign into the app. My partner downloaded it on his iPhone and also had problems signing in. Would be great if it works and does what it says on the tin!

every so often I spend another hour or so trying to raise up a presentation that I could use to show potential customers. sometimes I can but mostly I can't find it. it is drastically sapping any fragile confidence I may have. I want to phone people to book appointments but there is no point if I cant manipulate your website in a satisfactory manner. thank you.

this app gives problems for signing into it. Tried several times from different devices and it starts to take me to the portal but then throws me back to the sign in page. Very frustrating.

Unable to view account as it constantly fails to open despite being updated on my android phone ? However, it's a great app when it works correctly.

Have downloaded the app ok, but refuses to open, saying please try again, no reason given. My device is compatible and I have checked my user ID and password are correct.

Unable to login as the button is unresponsive. I have tried uninstalling it to reinstall. Yet its still the same outcome.

As with other recent reviewers, it stopped working. I've tried reinstalling twice but I can't get beyond the login button.

excellent app. use it everyday, sometime more. has everything I need to keep my business running and keep me up to date.

this app is working on my iphone via app store and is a great app but not working on my new chromebook via google play store it opens to the sign in page i click sign in then is unresponsive i have the uw clubhouse app and that works fine on iphone and chromebook

Simply cannot sign in. Using Android 10 and since install and reinstall it simply will not progress past the sign in button

Unhelpful, awkward customer service, items did not turn up lots of spam emails and getting charged for services i did not sign up for

Diabolical. The app partly installed and then would not complete. I tried a few days ago and was told the site was down

Lots of people moaning they can't login. You need to be connected to the internet and then it'll work offline.

Keep losing the app have to 're reg time after time. ..hopeless
