Partner CO CU Mobile Banking

What's the point of card controls if the system won't let you turn off use of the card temporarily. I'm seeking out a new credit union as this is being written. Plus they charge nonsensical fees for simply using your debit card. Been a member with this outfit for years. So long Partner!

Y'all need customer support access. I was just charge from a site idk and don't wanna cancel the card while I have actual purchases pending. With a simple call this could be resolved but the bank branch won't answer and I can't get ahold of anyone else without going to bank🙄🙄

the app worked great until my phone updated. now I can't even get the app to open to where I can have the option to log in. I just keep getting a system unavailable message. it's extremely frustrating to have to get to an actual computer anytime I need to do anything with my account. kind of negates the purpose of having an app.

Great app! You can turn off your card but you have to call the bank to turn your card back on. That makes no sense.

With the pin log in this app was great But changing to the new system where you have a user name and password the app is Not user friendly. It is VERY small and hard to see and you Cannot in large the view. This is how I do All my banking and being made to use the user name and password system it is making it Harder to bank from home.

Fairly easy to use, probably easier if you're actually a member

It used to kick me out everytime i tried to login and then eventually wouldnt even open the app. I uninstalled last year. Tried to use it again this year and it doesnt update my purchases and deposits in the app. When i login online, however, its always up to date to the very minute...guess ill just keep using online

I been with them 8 years and they have helped me in more ways than one...thanks guys

Poorly designed and maintained app. You can do essentially nothing, may as well just use online banking.

Easy to use wish it had other features

All of a sudden I can't get into my account! Same user name and password! Credit union was rude and no help,!!! The app has worked be and on computer I can login imediatly... Help plz...

Almost as annoying as the junk mail they send.

I like the assistance when I need help. As a elder, good help and advice is easy to hear, yet I know I can depend on PCUnion.

Hate that you can't find your acct info on the app

Kicks me out every time I try to log in. Gives a this app has unexpectedly stopped error.

The app is decent, except when it's updating, makes it hard to view you account.
