The security for this app is way too overly complicated, and there's very little explanation for how it works. This is a simple app for checking schedules and other work related things, there's no need for this much security. Not even my banking app is this overly complicated. 5-29-2022 Made even more complicated and convoluted. My login no longer works and the app it now requires you to use to login doesn't work. Why do I need multiple different apps to use this one app. It makes no sense

I post a shift but it doesn't show up so nobody can bid on it. Not loving this app at all! Now I have to go into work and have a manager manually release it for me from a work computer. I don't appreciate having my time wasted with a faulty utility!

Bad app. Your very limited in what you can do. Setting it up is teidous and you need step by step instructions or someone to help you. You can only see one weeks worth of your schedule. You can't change any banking information, see your time card, or any other personal information you would like to on your own. You cant even access certain websites unless ur on the companies computers which is also annoying. Limited in its abilities.

Was good until it required the additional layer of security for login, then it just got annoying. Following that, you used to be able to see what days you work the following week a few days early even if it didn't show the hours. It was a bug, but it helped people plan things outside of work in advance. Recent update(s) prevent that now. Downgraded to an older version to restore the bug and remove the extra layer of security.

The app is a bit difficult to set up if you dont know what you're doing. Go to partnernet to find step by step instructions on how to set things up. I previously assumed the app wasnt mobile friendly, but that isnt the case. It's a mobile app with some new features and a different layout. To post a shift you slide said shift to the left to reveal the "post" button

Terrible, like others have wrote it needs another app so you can use it. Both of which are taking up space on my phone. Its trying to be better than the old but it doesn't feel smooth, it feels cumbersome. It wasn't working for awhile then I realized it needed an update so I tried and I didn't have enough space so had to delete two apps just to fit it. It would be better if it cut out the bells and whistles and was a simple format. Also now I cant look at my schedule, its just gone.

Extremely buggy and unintuitive UI. Current bug is that I cannot swipe to post a shift, although the help video says I should be able to. Core functionality simply is not there, which is something that should be expected from a company app. However, the experience has gotten better from what it used to be.

To be honest I do not see the point of the change. Everything was working well before but now I have to have a whole extra app on my phone and I can't even post my shifts. It is a new setup so if there is something I'm overlooking please let me know but my experience so far is that it is cluttered and glitchy. Update: UI is not very intuitive but you can post your shifts through the Chatter tab.

SECOND EDIT: For everyone still having problems with your app: give exact info about the nature of your problem, AND the type of smartphone you have. For example, "when I input my password/phone credentials, it takes me right back to that page. I have a Galaxy A10e." It seems like everyone is experiencing a slightly different bug, and that info helps the IT team understand the nature of the problem.

App was a disaster at 1st then worked well for awhile but 2 or 3 updates later crashing again . But now it won't even load. Ya know when you're not at a store and need to put in time remotely?. What a mess. It does do alot but certain things are hard to find and the tech issues have been rampant. Now u just get to stare at the logo for awhile with no loading so that's fun

All of a sudden a few days ago the app for Android will stop suddenly at launch. I don't even get to put in my thumb print. I did uninstall the previous version as well as installing the authenticator. I uninstalled and reinstalled this app and after the authenticating process allowed me back in the same exact issues resumed. "App Stopped Working". I sent the feedback many times. Still no luck. * Nope, at it again. Nothing is working. 2/7/2020. I get sent to sales force,error after authenticator

Had to uninstall due to it locking up my access to the internet. I was not able to pull up any websites. I have not been the only person to experience this. My guess is that it is something to do with the HUB and Authenticator. I have an android but the second person had an iPhone. As soon as I uninstalled the app I was able to browse the good old internet.

Can't get authenticator to work so I haven't been able to use this for a couple years. Take that authenticator off!! Most people have passcodes on their phone so we don't need that extra, annoying step. Would be nice to actually use this app so I don't have to go into the store when I'm off or take time away from my work.

It only works with Chrome. You will need to uninstall or disable other browsers unless you want the SalesForce front page when you're trying to select a shift. Currently, it shows neither shifts I've bid for, or shifts I'm scheduled for. If anything, the system works on a desktop, and that's what it looks like it was meant to be used on.

Since the second to last update, the app does not work. When asked for my account credentials it would just close the app after I entered them. After the latest update, the app doesn't close, but I am just stuck in an endless cycle of entering my phone's credentials and cannot get into the app.

I know this app well...and after the last update I just waited. It was just broken somehow as we can see from this new update. The app works just as it should again!! Super friendly and easy interface...just spend a few minutes looking around and you'll find navigating it is a cinch. Way to go guys...its great.

As with other people leaving a review the last 2 days as soon as the last update dropped the app crashed repeatedly. I uninstalled and reinstalled and restarted my phone and the app let me sign in, but as soon as i click 'sign in' it shows the partnernet logo on the screen and immediately crashes. After that it went right back to crashing repeatedly again.

Poorly functional app with a poorly designed website. Any notification opened in the app takes me to the browser webpage to log in - what's the point of the app? The PartnerNet website is bad enough being difficult to navigate, and every function takes you to another website to log in there. This must have been made by the same people who made Fallout 76.

I've had this app for maybe a few months now and just recently it hasn't been been the same. Every time I would open the app, it takes me to the salesforce home screen, totally different from the partnernet app home screen. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling twice and no change. I would even log into the salesforce site and it would take me to a site I'm not familiar with. I have an android phone and I've talked to coworkers and they are not having this problem.

This app tries to be a better version of the previous PartnerNet app. However, it ended up being the same thing with more inconvenience and annoyance. We were required to download the "Authenticator" app before we could this. That was not necessary with the old app. It was a struggle trying to get these apps to recognize each other. If they wanted this new version to be better than the old, it should be Workforce Manager on mobile. Let us set new availabilities and ask for more hours.

I have had the last two versions of partnernet which I really liked however I'm VERY unhappy with the new app. I have followed all the steps. The authenticator wants my location which I don't share with any apps, it didn't seem to like that. Long story short I have decided to delete the app and I will not be using it. I know we can do better. I agree with previous post about maybe a text authenticator but I'd rather there not be one at all, but understand why HEB wants one, just too many steps

While I have my complaints with your choices, the app functions well enough for use. However, a little tip in the future, don't put out an update on a Friday. That's when we need the app most. It's jacked now. Every time I put my pin in I'm stuck in a endless loop, it won't let me in the app itself.

After the last updated I had major issues. Called help desk. They had to basically delete me from the system and walked me through reinstalling both the authenticator and the app. It crashed still. They sent in a report and now it works. If you are experiencing a problem since the new update I suggest calling help desk.

If you are having troubles downloading this app & had the previous partner app on your phone you have to uninstall the old one then you can download the new one. Wish they had made that clear in the download instructions. You must have passcode on your phone to have this app which is kind of ridiculous. Also need to figure out where they've hidden how you request time off, it used to be very clear on the old app.

Not user friendly. The iris reader no longer comes up for the two step authentification. The app keeps requesting a password that I don't recall ever setting up. No option to reset the password. I'm at a complete loss as to what I should do next.

Requires a lock screen which I don't want. Also its many more steps to download and actually use than the old app. Tile layout looks nice. Update: I frequently have issues when trying to sign in with the app closing on its own after enter my phone password.

Terrible! Everytime my password changes I have to verify that I am the same person. I have to go through the process of downloading multiple apps and use an authenticator I order to gain access. I don't have time to do this every 2 months, this is ridiculous!

Changing how I look at trucks again. Not a fan , but it won't even install the app after using the authenticator. As a lead in frozen not having an app to see trucks in 30 days is going to be rough. As a lead i have no input into what the company does to make our jobs harder. Left original message but everything worked out after old pnet app was disabled. Need better comunication from store.

Since I updated this app last week, I am not even able to log into partnernet. Everytime I try to log on, then use Authenticator for verification, it gives me the message that my device needs to have a security lock screen to be able to open it, which mine does. Very frustrating! Some update...
