Downloaded the application for the remote deposit feature. This feature did not work for me. Kept saying could not find check after repeatedly taking pictures of the front and back of the check using both the auto picture mode and manual picture mode. Also, if there is a problem with one of the pictures it should ask you to retake the one instead of retaking both.
It's a good app, the only problem is I would like to see what debits are pending in the account.
I have been with this credit union and its acquisitions for 50+ years, and have used the apps for a long time. I find the current app very user-friendly and have had no problems. I read the 1-star reviews and am puzzled by the problems mentioned. I also find the staff very friendly and helpful, whether I go inside or use the drive-up. Keep up the good work!
This app does all I need it to do. It's user friendly and rarely crashes. Very convenient to be able to access my account(s) anytime! It doesn't close down by backing out but you simply use the 'close all' button. Other than that little glitch, I've had no problems with it.
Well, it's certainly better than nothing. I just wish it could list & allow editing of scheduled transfers... There's also no apparent way to close the app (hitting return twice doesn't do it.) But seeing & editing scheduled transfers is a major issue for us.
This is absolutely the worst "app" I've ever used. It's not actually an app. It's just a gateway that directs you to the website with it's incredibly tiny letters and images that you can't read on a mobile device. It's useless even when it works right. Edit: Interesting that others have had very different experiences with it. How does that happen? Why doesn't mine work like an app?
Most unreliable app. I have had purchases post immediately and others post days later. When I contacted customer service they insisted every purchase posted immediately. When I explained my issue they said that I should have checked my available balance. When I said I had logged in to my account 3 times they insisted that all purchases were posted immediately and all my overdraft fees were my fault. Worst service ever!
A good app, but it loads so completely slowly. It takes literally 2-3 minutes for data to load. This is as of 11/14/19 so I asume this will be fixed as the older app loaded in seconds. It looks good so far tho. Great work. There's just the issue with very slow loading.
Auto capture is much worse than it was. Never works on Galaxy S9. Used to. Focus is worse. Crashed 3 times after taking pic. 6 attempts and still don't have it deposited.
Took a little bit to adjust from previous version but worth the effort. Current version is well laid out, user friendly and affords the ability to quickly get to needed tasks.
Since they changed the app it is almost useless. Why couldn't they leave well enough alone. I was quite happy with the app until they made the changes. It's extremely difficult to find anything and if you are lucky enough to find what you need it probably doesn't work. I am not pleased. I'd give it 0 stars but that's not an option.
I like this and it comes in handy so you can see how much money you got in there.
Like older version more. This version is not as easy to navigate as older version was. Also freezes up during transfers and have to re log back into app to continue
Trying to use the remote deposit is a huge waste of time. I spend 20 minutes trying over and over to capture the image. Clear as a bell and it keeps rejecting it. Get it right or get something that works. Tired of this.
it gives people the chance to see their balances and to check when bills have been paid. one thing that is needed, after people sign in, when they are done checking their accounts, is a log off icon. why isn't there a sign out button so we can log off the site?
It shouldn't take up to 30 days to update the credit card balance after you make a payment. I'm extremely disappointed in the customer service of the credit union and the amount of resources and info available to bank here. I'm about ready to cancel both lines.
I like the app for the most part the biggest problem I have is with mobile deposits it takes a long time and a lot of tries for it to accept the check through a picture can I follow the directions to a T
Excellent! The app is so easy to use, able to set up different accounts, make deposits, pay bills, transfer etc... no issues whatsoever. Thank you and keep up the great work!
The app is easy to use.
My balance on the app has taken several days to reflect my actual balance and while, ultimately, my responsibility, has caused me to incur NSF fees. While this has always been an issue with the Partners First banking app, it has been especially slow these last few weeks.
I just upgraded to this version and the app doesn't work at all for me, 0*, it's useless right now, hard to manage your money and payments the old way now.
Great I live in orange va so that's the branch I use the most, but i have used culpeper to the people are great. Always nice and ready to help. The app is amazing and easy to use.
Good , easy to use. Only thing I'd like to see improve is to be able to see history for 30 days not 5 transactions at a time.
This application still needs alot of work. It feels bare bones. Does not feel very user friendly. What's with this application not allowing my to transfer money with my external account....?
Much faster account access with the new app. Easier to navigate through the menu.
Great company to get a loan through.I only deleted the app because I no longer have a loan through them. They have a grace period which helped me out once when I first got my loan and spaced on paying
Update: app has worked well for me since then! Lots more features added and easy to navigate! Adding half a star! Love the improvement! Keep Going! Addition of tabs is way more convenient than having to press the back arrow several times. Only reason I gave one less star is because it has been slower than it used to be but it is somewhat expected. So giving it a few more days before starting to get agitated. Sigh. Modern tech has spoiled me. 😊
