Horrible app. Every week "authentication required" I have to go through the entire setup of the app. I sent 4 emails with no reply. I called and spoke with someone regarding the app flaws. If I didn't need this app, I would delete it. 2 weeks later, still a horrible app
Instead of showing actual balances for checking & saving, they add your savings into your checking & show that as your checking balance. Seems like they're trying to get more income from overdraft fees. It makes Partners online experience feel a little deceptive & misleading. If I didn't like the people at my local branch so much, I would switch banks.
Makes me go through a verification code every time. Makes me sign up for their phone list every time. Annoying and unwarranted. Just let me access my accounts without 30 different things to do every time. SIS did it better.
Quite possibly the worst app "upgrade" ever. It takes forever to get logged in, no more biometrics and a very clunky user interface. It won't allow my debit card to be added to card alerts, but my wife's can. Back to the drawing board, this one missed big time!
No finger print capability. Lately I'll go days with not being able to log in. I don't get the log in screen, it just goes to an all white screen. Nothing but issues with this app. We're thinking of looking for a new bank.
I don't know what changed recently, but I can't use the fingerprint login. Every time I go to sign in now there is a pop-up saying "Authentication required". Makes it extremely annoying to use the app.
All I can do really is view my balances....I can't transfer between accounts....I have to sign in and get e text every time I open the app. Not the best user experience.
the old app was way better and easier to use. its double the steps just to get in to my account. no quick balance check, no fingerprint log in. stop fixing stuff that's not broken. put it back the way it was.
This app is awful. Takes days to update accounts accordingly. Android is still unable to log in with even a passcode, let alone a fingerprint. Pending transactions are not counted out of your available balance until they clear, sometimes days later, making it very easy to overdraft. I would give negative stars if possible. Needs fixing immediately or I will be forced to change banks.
Not a user friendly app, categories are not clear, not very intuitive. Needs a fingerprint recognition sign in option. Have actually considered changing banks because of the mobile banking app.
Not a time saver, at all. Inconvenience. Every. Time. Basically just good to check balance.
App crashes alot set up finger print access it works for a few days as then back to have to verify every time again. Did that works fine
The app frequently requires re-enrollment and verification codes. I also wish that there was a fingerprint recognition option for sign in.
New App requires 2 factor authentication. The new website doesnt so I am deleting the app and will just use the mobile website. Currently looking for an new bank. All this change and none of it with the customer as a priority.
Constantly forgets my username and I have to go through the whole text verification process again. Today it says it won't work unless I update it. There are no updates. Sis app was so much better
Logging in is a pain. Almost every other log in, it asks to verify my phone number, it's just annoying. Other than that, it works like any other banking app.
Everytime I open it it always says that the data or network is busy and to try again later. Any explanation on what might be causing this?
It looks like there is no finger print compatibility like there was with the old app. I really did like having that.
This app is complete garbage! The old SIS app was way better. Login is such a pain. The old app was simplistic and easy to use.
Does NOT install correctly. Mobile app for my Android not working, not installing. They have really fuxxored this changeover. Can't access my acct at all
With the latest so called update now the damn thing doesn't work at all and dont tell me to uninstall it over done that several times already!!

Can never login. Lots of errors. It used to work very well.
App is generally user friendly, but every now and again it forgets my user name even though I've saved it multiple times
Best advice is to uninstall it then reinstall the app. Seems to be working a lot better now

Needs the addition of fingerprint i.d. the old app had it. I don't understand why the "new" app shouldn't
Very difficult to deposit it took 12 tries before the deposit system recognized my email address
So far, you added extra steps to see our details. You haven't changed the way you reflect activity. For instance, you take money out of my account to send a bill pay transaction, but it is not reflected in my account for two days. That's wrong! If I schedule a payment to start on Monday and you send it on Monday, that amount should be deducted from my balance on Monday! Also, my detail transactions no longer show a running balance. Not only a bad app, it's a bad system upgrade!
