Partners HealthCare On Demand

Partners HealthCare On Demand is a convenient, low-cost care option for minor illnesses and injuries that is available anytime and anywhere in the United States. Patients (adults and children age 2 and older) connect to Partners HealthCare providers through a secure video visit on the web or mobile device. Teladoc Physicians will deliver services to patients located outside of Massachusetts and also serve as a backup practice in Massachusetts if Partners HealthCare providers are unavailable.

Providers can diagnose, offer treatment and prescribe medication, if medically necessary, for many health conditions, including:
• upper respiratory infections/flu/cough/cold
• sinus symptoms
• sore throat
• ear ache
• eye irritation/conjunctivitis
• allergies
• rashes
• other minor injuries and minor illnesses
• urinary symptoms (painful urination, yeast infections) (adults only)
• mild asthma exacerbations (adults only)
