Very slow and inconvenient, especially over the weekends. I keep getting timed out and messages saying that they are experiencing connectivity issues. Update: Site is still non responsive after the so called "maintenance downtime" on 8/23/20. Please do something about this lack of service. 2/21/22- App is STILL experiencing connectivity issues, would you please fix this already!!!!

Edited to take a star away. This app is garbage. I use mobile deposit several times a week and recently the app is not working more than working. Love the bank but changing because of this. Loved the app until the last update. Since then I very seldom am able to log in to my account while my kids have no issue with theirs. I even tried to delete it and reinstall it today and it won't reinstall. It's very aggravating to have to go through explorer every time I want to look at my account.

In the last 6 months, I have had to delete the app then download again three times in order to get the dang thing to work. Had the app for years with no problems then about 6 months ago started having issues.

Bugged. Splash screen comes up, then the app quits and I get a message from Android that the app can't open because it's bugged. Tried to reboot, uninstall/re-install, etc. Same result. Every. Time.

The last version worked. This one does not. I think they really missed the mark on this one. I have a Samsung s6 and the app is slow to load, and is lacking functionality that the last one had. I can no longer use the finger print login. I called member services and they assured me that I can and that it must be something I am doing wrong. When I go to the settings menu and try to change it there is no other option password. Very Very frustrating....

I love this app in particular the updated mobile deposit feature. It's so convenient. Just one thing, please bring back the auto balance feature where we didn't have to log in to the app to check balances by swiping to the right of the app. Also, perhaps a notification from feature that sends text messages everytime the debit card or credit card is used. Unless it's already there and I'm just not aware of it

Revision: I loaded the update, get caught in a loop. Won't open. The new check photo captures is fantastic, but going through transactions is very difficult. You only get half a screen of transactions at a time, while the balance takes up the other half. Why? Also, you can only see the first few letters of the name of where the transaction originated and when you click on that transaction to find out, you've lost your place and have to scroll until you find it again.

I have a Galaxy S10 on the Verizon network, so a newer phone. Ever since Jan/Feb of 2020, this app has not worked successfully. Prior to then I had no issues. When accessing the app I either get the Feature is Currently Unavailable Error or the pixie dust splash screen refreshing constantly with nothing happening. The only way I am able to get the login to display is to restart my phone. Once I do that, I am able to login for a time. I don't now know how long the time frame is before the login disappears and I have to restart my phone. I generally don't access the app multiple times a day so I have to restart every time. Fix this annoyance and the app will be just fine. I'm able to do mobile deposits and everything I want to do. Thank you.

Was better before upgrade... the new app looks prettier but when you go into your account screen the place of purchase doesn't always show unless you click on the transaction whereas before it was there. It means going to another screen and when you go back it takes you back to the top of the list which means having to scroll down again. Otherwise it seems fine.

This app is much improved since the latest update (7.0). I used to have a lot of issues with my Galaxy Note 9 depositing checks (it would take me anywhere from 3 to 20 tries to get it to take a good picture of my check and be able to read it correctly), but since the overhaul I've not encountered a single issue. Checks go in right away, the first time! I like how everything is organized and I can not only see my current FICO score but also how it's changed over time.

The new app is quite rough. Everything is slow. A lesson in "just because you can, doesn't mean you should." No, I don't want to wait for a Partners animation to play everytime I open the app. No, I don't want to have to go through like 4 steps just to transfer money between accounts. Can't you simplify it down to a single page that populates as you move down it? Feels like you're constantly fighting the app... in slow motion.

Second edit: 1) Most debit transactions have to be "stepped into" in order to see the merchant name. Very time consuming. 2) When paying a bill, it no longer tells you the last time you paid that debtor, nor does it list the last amount. 3) Paying a bill requires you to click on "change account" to move forward, even if you are not changing. 4) Some debits showing up twice, taking account into the negative. 5) Message function won't let you get past writing the message. Down to 2 stars.

I am confused with the update why there is an animation every time that makes it load slower. I tried to make a transfer and after hitting confirm I got an error message that was going off the top of the screen so I couldn't read it, now I have no idea if the transfer went thru or not. Luckily I have to go in the branch anyways to see if I can deposit a torn check so hopefully they can help me figure it out.

It does not always work. It is not intuitive. Why is sign out so difficult to get to? The share draft should be the first, then the savings. And it's called a share draft, not a checking account. Banks have checking accounts, CUs do not. Now you've updated the app & I'm stuck in a loop going back and forth, with NO access to my accounts. This is a piece of garbage.

Before the last update I would have given 4 or 5 stars. The new update takes more time to get to my balance. The app starting with the Partners logo with the twinkling stars is unnecessary. Extra time wasted waiting on this approximately 40 seconds. UNNECESSARY!!! Also don't like the way things work showing balances. It should have been left alone. It was working fine.

The updates are terrible & useless for the user. I can't see from the list of transactions where the debit went, I have to click on the item, then when I close it, the list returns to the top so I have to scroll through the list again. Also, they've added a static balance field that takes up 1/3 of the screen. Doesn't look like they got user input. Really bad interface that uses screen real estate for static balance info & annoying level meter. & IT DOESN'T WORK! I'M STUCK ON THE PREV LVL/3+WKS!

(Samsung GS8, Latest Android OS) New PFCU app update appears to have caused an issue with mobile deposit. After autophotographing my check successfully, the app cannot read the check amount I type in to reconcile with the amount on the check. I receive the following error, "The amount you entered did not match the amount detected. Please re-enter the amount and re-take the photo." I can re-enter the amount, but the app does not allow me to retake the photo. Instead, what I've had to do is cancel the entire transaction and try again, but after at least a dozen attempts, the app continues to throw up the error.

This new upgraded app is not working correctly. Fix the app or I will have to switch banks. No way to log out. The lines ride on top if each other so you cannot see anything. Now you have to click on every checking transaction to see what it is. Use to be able to check at a glance. Why would you downgrade a perfectly good app??? Very frustrating for conscientious customers who like to keep tabs on their $.

This used to be an ok app but as of the last month or so it's become practically useless. I can't use quick check or even log in to my account because the little wheel spins endlessly and it never connects. I thought the issue was with my old phone but I just upgraded to a brand new Samsung Galaxy S10e and I still can't get into the app the majority of the time. Pretty terrible.

Security flaw, password is visible easily, and the functionality is not intuitive. Overnight support was 50/50 with one very disrespectful, incompetent, difficult to understand, and needs customer service training. She transferred me back into the queue unaanouced during mid speech then I had to start all over with another representative that was easily able to assist.
