I can find the parts I need when I need them. This app saves me a lot of time and my customers a lot of downtime.
Can't complete order, had to go to the website to finish. App crashed .
There are no part names or descriptions like a web browser lookup gives
App always says it cant connect to server.
I use this app on a daily basis, it's almost so useful that I'd be screwed without it lol.
Parts town is by far the worst part supplier I have ever dealt with our company was forced to use this company seeing how they bought our original parts supplier Sub Zero customer service that wasn't a typo that is below zero
Is not the auto parts of O'Reilly.

Since their most recent website overhaul if you don't have a US account this app will not let you log in. Edit March 21 2018 Are we still expected to believe your fixing the problem for your Canadian customers? Seems more likely after this long it's been decided we're not a majority and it's not worth it I'll be moving on to support someone that supports us.

Great app to find parts by manufacturer and model number and to find manuals. Don't leave home without it! Would be better if PartsTown added their app "PartsMatch™" Assistant.

I've emailed the developers 3 times with no response. I get a network error on my Note20 Ultra so I can't download manuals. Only app I have issue with. I've been using the Heritage Parts App, its not as refined as partstown, but at least it works the way its supposed to
