Party City

Needs a lot of improvement. The app has an ad at the top that I have to constantly close telling me to download the app, that I'm currently using. The navigation isn't great and the search doesn't bring up everything related to the terms I type out. The part of the page I can scroll and search with is less than half the page, the rest is useless decoration, the stupid ad I mentioned earlier, and the logo.

The latest update has made the app completely unusable. You can't scroll, the screen jumps, and it takes ages to load anything if/when you are ever able to get anywhere within the app. In the digital age one would think that companies would focus more attention to their own digital presence.

The app is very slow. It does what it wants. When I tried customizing party supplies it kept exiting the app and I'd have to do it all over again. When I tried to upload my daughter's pictures it kicks me out and none of my progress was saved. Needs a lot of work party city. I am disappointed! It's very frustrating.

If I could give this app 0 stars, I would. It took me 2 hours to order 5 items. Granted, an hour of that was searching for the items. But the last hour was adding everything back to my cart after it was emptied out numerous times, and then re-entering billing information and shipping address about 10 times because the app kept backing up to an empty cart. Afterward I recieve a confirmation number. yet cannot see my order on my profile. This needs serious work. Should of went to Walmart.

Very finicky app, hard to navigate. Doesn't like to change pages, and when you try to back up, it takes you right back to the homepage. Also, I've set my store and see in-store pickup available, yet there isn't any in stock in my entire city. Ended up not placing an order due to this.

Not only did it keep freezing and closing out while I was shopping, it end up deleting my 40+ items from the cart when I was ready to make the purchase, yet the items had remained in my cart under my account on the website in Chrome. Only the app deleted my cart, reminding me why I uninstalled it in the past. The app has been completely unreliable in my experience.

App does not work. Developers, do your job and fix this app! Nothing works, you click any button and nothing... Update: ridiculous... tried to email the developer email provided and it send back an auto-generated email saying "Thank you for contacting Party City. Unfortunately, we are unable to receive direct inbound e-mails."

The app kept jumping back and forth from the home screen to what I was looking at. Every time I click on an item to look at it closer my screen would turn white and I would be unable to get off so I had to restart my phone multiple times. I am extremely frustrated with this. I went into a party city near me to order balloons and they told me to do it on the app because it would be "much easier" that is obviously not the case. Definitely do not recommend this app, you're better off going online.

The app will not search for what you put in, just takes one word it recognizes and brings it all up. I was unable to select a store to actually be able to order things for pick up. The app was very slow. My whole goal was to order online and pick up in store, if stores aren't ready to do this, don't say you are. Now I do not even want to shop there. It's mostly crappy products anyway, and then to be told I can order online and pick up in store, but not actually have the follow through, delete

Needs work! This app freezes up, won't add items to cart, or 1takes items from cart, its just a pain in the @$#%.. I had 9 items in my cart and all of the sudden I have 1. Now what? I'm supposed to go back and shop for everything again, not knowing if its gonna be in my cart or not? No Thank you!! Update! This message they add about writing them a note on their main menu is just something they put on every negative review. I still have received no response from Party City!

If I could give it no stars I would. The app only takes you to the website to shop and place orders so what's the point in the app?? I got it because the website is always screwed up and I can't checkout. Kinda hard to checkout when the checkout button only takes you back to your cart. The website needs to be overhauled and the app is absolutely useless. Uninstalled

Really hard to use app. Need to select multiple items for party. Everytime add item to cart, in order to go back to theme page and continue to shop, you have to go all the way back to first screen, find your way back to the theme you first selected and do this everytime 3-4 screens to get back to theme! Horrible shopping on-line experience. Need to fix, make more user friendly so can shop and add to cart each item you want for theme party all at once.

Terrible app. Frozen all. The. Time. Screen ju.ps, forever to load if it actually loads. I used to be able to make orders and searches somewhat easily, I havent been able to check out on this or even fill a cart since 2020.

Downloaded app to make shopping easier, but it doesn't work. It doesn't open any links to search for items. Uninstalled 2 minutes after installing.

Nothing works...I tried to search, nothing happens. I clicked on several of the buttons on the home page nothing happened. I tried to create an account, I got an error about missing header information. I'm uninstalling the app, it doesn't work. I am trying to plan my grandson's birthday party, but not having any luck. I'll just go to Arnie's instead.

The App is completely unusable! It will open but you won't be able to go anywhere other than the home page. Won't let you click on anything or look anything up.

Unbelievable! I spent over an hour putting in an order for over $100 and kept getting kicked out. I would go back in and continue my order and would continually get kicked out. When I finally got to checking out, the app crashed and I lost my entire order. I wasted hours trying to get an order. Please fix your app. It is a horrible representation of your company.

Worst app ever! I was trying to order balloons for my son's graduation and every time I would click on something it would take me back to the home page. The screen turned green and wouldn't go back, had to delete and reinstall but still having issues. Very disappointing

App Doesn't Work. You are better off using the website not the app. I click on the menu and try to click on a category and it doesn't open even scrolling and clicking on the options on the main page doesn't open anything either.

The app needs to be updated on how purchased are made via checkout. The package description is not clear. For example if I wanted to buy 4pc latex balloon for $4.99 it then gives the silly option if I wanted these balloons to be inflated or deflated when received. When I selected inflated my price jumped to $24 selling each $6. Everything is layed out organized as in decorations or other essential party needs, however not sure how the ordering process worked as I quickly uninstalled the app.

terrible app! it froze multiple times, couldn't remember my email and was so frustrating I'm just going to go into the store tomarrow. I had to enter my zip code about five different times before it would show me my shopping list. SMH.*UD: went to the store, it was just like the app! lagging wait times, popping balloons, couldn't tie their balloons right, cut the tails off anyway, and couldn't help with selection. never again!

I love Party City....; but, this app is horrible. It keeps freezing in the middle of me viewing an item. It erases my account for no apparent reason. I've deleted and installed the app several times already but the same thing keeps happening.
