In Party Hard, you play as someone who is really tired of the neighbors having loud parties. Instead of calling the police, you decide it’s a better idea to kill everyone – using your faithful knife and the environment. The tactical strategy follows a series of killings at parties through-ought the USA.
The developers used to work mostly on casual, family-friendly games
- until they participated in a game jam, creating the first prototype for Party Hard. TinyBuild backed up the original developers – Pinokl Games – to create a full version that's now on Steam!
Party Hard has semi-procedural environments and focus on unique ways of killing people. In the greatest traditions of sneaking games, your main goal is not to get caught, while silently picking off unsuspecting victims one by one. Dancing and blending in during a suspicious situation is key.

Like others are saying, this game is broken. The debug menu pops up if you move certain ways, sometimes you will fail levels because of this. Also, not all characters/content are available for play as the developer chose not to consistently update the mobile version with the content found on the steam version. Worth a try on playpass, that's about it. Save your money.
I love this game on other platforms and have long wanted it to come to mobile. Unfortunately, it's been broken since i got it and is unplayable. The debug menu will pop up randomly and you have to close and restart only for the same thing to happen shortly after. Please fix this!
It's a great game. I got to play it with play pass and it was amazing. Lots of missions, kills, things to do, ways to kill them. It reminds me of the hitman series or assassin Creed series. It's a great game but has one issue. A menu pops up and effects the gameplay, but it's fine because I understand that every game as errors and glitches. Amazing game! 😀
Yep, the debug console bug is annoying, but the screen will go away when you stop walking and click the red cross (which I admit is very annoying when you're being chased). Apart from that, it's a very good and challenging game..at least the 10 first levels (Out of 12) because I just can't make the 11th..this one is just "too challenging" for me I guess..
This could've been an easy 5 star, however there are a LOT of technical problems with the game. For starters, the Unity menu pops up if you move the touch buttons in the right direction. On top of that, the game doesn't autocorrect the screen orientation to landscape, so you just have a stretched screen while in portrait mode. Please fix these problems, I'd hate to see a good game like this go unfixed.
I love this game having played it on both PC and Xbox, it's a lot of fun. However, the touch controls don't feel good since the addition of virtual controls. I much preferred the touch controls personally as it meant I didn't need a messy UI on the game screen and if you learnt the game they were absolutely fine. virtual controls are now really the only usable option and I'm fine with that but not necessarily happy about it. Still a great little game and would absolutely recommend.
Great concept. Only problem is that the developer console pops up a lot. Barely on the first level and I've seen it about a dozen times. Each time I have to close it and it also stops the current thing I'm doing. If I'm running from cops or carrying a body I get screwed when the console pops up. Love the environment interactions and rng but that is the only problem so far.
This is one of my most play mobile games ever. However, there are some small issues with the game, for example, sometimes when you pick up a body it magically floats away for you to big issues like a big error sign the stop you controlling the person and can get you caught holding a body. I love this game but it's has some problems, hopefully there well be a patch or update to the to get rid of the bugs. Thank you and have a nice day.
Its a great game, gave me hours of entertainment. There's a few issues that really hurt the playability though. The virtual control pulls up a command window when the stick moves too far (it can be closed but a pop-up in a chase never ends well) and about 7 of the achievements are glitched, 2 of them being the ones needed to unlock Katie and the ninja.
It's a fun game, with a lot of bugs. It's not a great port; the controls are a bit janky and there are annoying bugs. The worst bug is an error message pops up that completely blocks your screen. I have to keep closing it since it pops back up again and again, until it finally disappears. The game is still playable, and I managed to beat the entire game.
I think the developer either accidentally uploaded the development mode of the game where the unity console keeps popping up at random intervals/whenever there is an exception or the game just wasn't tested on a lot of devices. Constant interruption while playing really takes away from the experience. If it was fixed I would gladly give it another go and change my review, but as it stands not worth spending time on
I'm not having the issues that everyone else is mentioning with pop-ups. This game is very fun but can be repetitive. The levels after the story are more challenging. I wish it was clear on how to unlock more characters or if there was some system up upgrade specs like walking/running faster. Can't wait to see where this game goes.
I enjoy the game play overall but for some reason I keep getting a white screen that pops up every 30 seconds, makes it hard to actually enjoy the game. Also i wish that the graphics were a little more precise in terms of where I can walk and where I can't. When I'm running I tend to get caught on a shadow that I didn't realize I couldn't cross so I get arrested :( I'm addicted because of the strategy and the sinister aspect. Its very thought out and cool to watch different things unfold!
My impressions: when the game starts playing, the screen of my device is not well "potrait rotation, that must be landscape". After one problem, i encountered a new problem 'controller debug pop ups, when controller on my (Player) control'. Other things, is the game was great for the storyline and the pixel art style
I enjoyed the game on pc and thought I'd play it on mobile but I've run into a bug which I get everytime I play. It ends up popping up with a dev console with a bunch of listed errors. I can't play for more than a minute without this happening and it pretty much makes the game unplayable I'd be happy to increase my rating if the problem gets solved.
I love this game but don't recommend it. Frankly its just insultingly short. Once you understand the mechanics you will finish this game in maybe 2 hours. There are not a lot of maps either. The replay value is allowing you to play the same maps with new characters but the new characters are not that much different to make it worth it. Great gameplay though, if they added a few more maps id say it was worth it.
Unplayable. Glad I didn't pay for this and got it with the pass. Unity console randomly appears blocking the screen and input (without pausing gameplay) making the game unplayable. Sometimes can't close it meaning the whole process needs closing and restarting. Considering every other review is the same problem and no comments from publisher very unlikely this will get resolved. Another cr*ppy cash grab for a buggy, poorly ported game.
As noted, the game opens a debug window during gameplay, often causing you to lose the round. Great concept, but they don't seem to be maintaining it or fixing it.
The bugs. The bugs. It needs work. "Why does this game have such a low rating," I thought. The app has a lot of things that needs to get fix in its programming. The game isn't a game anymore if the game doesn't allow you to play. The controls caused a lot of problems that opens the Unity tab.
Really fun and perfect game for mobile. But like a lot of other reviews the utility screen pop up at the worst moments because you're usually running away. AND you can't even use them to cheat either. There are also moments where the game knows where you are and sends things to you even if you haven't done anything or been seen. But other than that I'd give it 5 stars fun to play over and over.
Until the game is fixed and the debug program stops appearing when I move a full circle on the joystick, I won't be playing this game. It's a shame. It looks promising... Just a massive amount of interference when I play it.
This game is really fun, but I only have two issues, one, it's way to short and it just makes me want more, two, the pool party level is just a straight copy of the neontop party, but the game is still fun. If you fix these glaring issues, I'll give this game five stars
It's a good game, art looks great and the game play is fun. The big issue is the unity error reports that block the entire screen in glaring white while in the middle of doing anything in level.
The game is great, i love the concept. But i have issues with the beginning being very repetitive with little interaction with random objects. More of just stabbing people. The biggest issue i have is the debugging window or developer window popping up when you move certain ways or go to different areas of the map. Making the game unplayable at times. If all this can get fixed itll be a better game. I really enjoy this type of game style tho, music is great, graphics are retro.
