If I could leave a 0 I would. Lately I haven't been able to use the photographer interface and access my account. When I AM able to, and try to download photos to my phone it doesn't work. I can't select "enter" at all on photographer interface page to access what I need. I'm about to switch over to pixieset. This is ridiculous

I found this app to be suitable for what I need. It was easy to access the albums that I have uploaded and to scroll through the photos. It is simple to place the photos into carts to be printed or to download to your device. I would suggest making the typeface a little more readable as it's very light and difficult to read on a small screen. Also, trying to do much on the Pass website on a phone is next to impossible because it's too small to read the menus and doesn't allow for zooming in.

I download and login, it works great for a bit, but then next time I open it it's just a blank white screen and never fixes unless I uninstall and reinstall, but I can't keep doing that every single time. So annoying. Please fix this. I love the online/desktop version!

The app does not work, it is a blank screen. I try to upload a gallery on the web page (which is difficult to use on mobile) and the upload button does not work. Deleting. I should have listened to the other reviews (that have not been responded to by the developers).

Typically is a blank screen when I open the app, downloads may or may not happen when you want them to. Overall layout and usability of the app would be great if the interface would show up when you open the app.

I was really excited to try this.and I tried this straight through the online link on my phone, the pass classic app and the pass gallery & store. NONE of them worked for me. The online (on my phone) was so small and gray letters, you CANNOT EVEN SEE WHAT IT SAYS nor would it allow me to upload multiple photos. The other 2 apps wouldn't let me log in AT ALL or gave me THE WHITE SCREEN TOO. Please work on your apps before you release it to the public. It was sadly a waste of my valuable time.

I've signed up and logged in, to a blank screen. There is the index box in the top left that when I click on it, it shows "gallery, orders, setting, sign out" but I can't do anything. There is nowhere to upload or anything. Any help?

Really very bad experiance. When I click upload button no dialogue box appear. How can I upload photo from app. Although the same is working in Web version. But it is creating a poor user experiance.

Photographer here used both the classic version as well as the plus version. Both works really well. Clients love them.

Blank screen? Why did I bother uploading this if there is nothing on the app. I'll go back to classic.

Nothing but a white screen, raves about being the first site to "fully run a business from your phone" yet cant get their app to work..... Will stick with my Shootproof site

I have tried to open this twice and saw the same white screen someone else saw. I will change this review if I can figure out what is going on with it.

The app is not even starting. Just not working at all. You have more work to do.

Just joined. Comes up completely blank and I can't do a thing ! What a waste of time - DELETING !!!

Can't access my photos to upload onto site. Please fix asap for my Samsung tab and phone

Don't like the way it shows to to small to hard to see way to hard

I wasnt to know why the watermark doesn't stay on the images when the client downloads them
