Passcodes

The app doesn't do anything. It opens but doesn't do anything after you put the code in, it simply decides that it doesn't like to be open anymore and closes. After that point it closes shortly after opening, even deleting all data and reinstalling it keeps doing the same thing. I hope the devs keep working on it to solve the issue.

It's worked well for me, when I notice the tiny icon in the top bar. If I could change one thing, I'd have it do a notification to the locked screen along with a sound.

Doesn't let you enter nor does it generate a passcode. it closes almost the moment you open it. So to me it doesn't serve the purpose it was created for. Whatever that purpose was. I would like to have been able to have done something with it even if it does nothing for the game.

we need an option to launch Redacted instead of Prime. Or nothing, instead of crashing if Prime is not installed.

I'd give higher score, but they push the passcodes too quick and your are not able to go back and get old passcodes when a new one shows up before you can write down the current one. They should also have a copy and paste function so you don't have to write down the passcodes and googly transcribe it correctly into the game. However when you are able to get a passcode entered on tube, they are good ones. Edit 06/08/18, with the new additions of having current passcodes and the cut and paste feature, a much better app. Just wish Niantic would give some better passcodes, like aegis shields instead of normal portal shields.

Does not copy new codes to the clip board. If you open, it still display old FR codes. But notification shows new codes that work. So write them down first before touching. I hope the bug gets fixed. At least update the latest codes list.

not eveyone can figure out how to get their API, and it crashes on my asus chromebook 32bit

Very useful although I think developers should act neutral. It's just a game!!!!!! Edit: I just realized you need an api key😀 Ah well. I would have gone enlightened if I hadn't made an account years ago for Pokémon gland already chosen resistance.

They need to add a sound notification. All too often you don't notice the icon and see the written message in time to use the code. Plus sometimes the code you touch to copy is not the one pasted into the app.

I love the concept of this app, I've just never been able to verify my account and actually be able to use it :( I've found passcodes online through Google but for some reason whenever I try to "verify,link or create and follow all provided steps but still nothing....) Fix this broken app or just help make access to your app a little easier :(

Agree with most others on here. I've had this app for a few weeks, but never had a passcode that wasn't already fully redeemed, even when I enter it as soon as the notification comes through. Sorry, but gonna uninstall now. Just taking up space on my phone.

2 things to the 1 star reviews: 1: Don't rate a 1 because you can't figure out how to use it. This a user problem, not a problem with the app. 2: The very nature of passcodes means it's likely limited to a certain number of uses before its invalid. This is the nature of passcodes. Not a problem with the app.

Won't show passcode, I've had 3 alerts now in 2 months but it won't give me the code, I click on the alert and it launches ingress, I'd rather it launch passcodes to display the darn code. Until this is addressed it's useless to me.

This is a handy app. It works great on my Nexus 5x. I receive a notification, it copies the passcode to the clipboard, and then opens Ingress. All I have to do is paste the code on the passcode tab.

Good app. Shame the majority of the codes are redeemed before I claim them

What good is getting push notification if the code is fully redeemed within 30 second

It used to work just fine (though a guide on how-to setup would be appreciated by the new users)..BUT nowadays the passcodes it provides are usually FR (fully redeemed) to begin with...hence 1 star rating. If it doesn't improve soon, then imho...the Passcode Community on G+ is a much better alternative.

My wife came back, my dog came back to life and I stopped drinking! All thanks to this app.

Just need to be able to set tones when notification arrives.

I installed this application and instantly became a better agent. A++ would install again
