This app sucks. It's been down all day won't give me times of arrival on all the BAT buses I need to take. This app has caused me to miss more buses than all other transportation apps I've had combined. It will tell me that the bus is going to arrive in 5 to 10 minutes, I'll get to the bus stop in 2 minutes, then after a few minutes goes by I check on it and the next bus isn't for an hour because it already went by before I could get there. Happens a lot!!!! Searching for new app now!!!
This app is awesome. Wish it was available everywhere! Knowing real time GPS traking has made my life so much easier. I also love the trip planning feature in case I need to modify my plans last minute. My other favorite feature is the messaging and alerts. Knowing in advance that there's an issue with arrival times or with my planned route has been a life saver! If the transit system you use has Passio solutions, this app is a must have!
Great app always helps to reach on time to the destinations no more long waiting at stops specially in freezy winters. Thanks !!!
Disappointed (For Now)...This app definitely seems very useful but unfortunately, my local transit provider is not an option to select at this time, therefore, I could check out the map, I could utilize the 'Stops' or 'Routes' screens nor could I turn the 'Local' info setting option. I hope that Dart First State gets added as a Route selection in the future.
The freaking worst! You can't get updates without restarting the app. Swapping between apps causes all of the buses to disappear from the app. It worked well enough before what I can only assume an update just destroyed it's ease of use. It's so bad that I went out of my way to write this review.
Does the job. Gave us an ETA and location for the bus back to the economy lot. Very helpful when it's really cold outside
Terrible. No route times anywhere in the app, despite a screen specifically dedicated to the route schedules. Don't promote schedules until you get the data into the app. Misleading and no way to assist first-year students in their new environment.
This app is the worst app that I ever use in my life. I try to follow where the shuttles are at and everytime, I look at the arrival time, it always change. Then, I try using the Request & Go and what made it worst is that this app cannot properly send the messages correctly to the driver. I waited so long for the bus and still got no bus to pick me up. This app is the most useless app, I ever come across. Don't download this app, it's a waste of your time!!!!
The tracking stopped working all of a sudden. It worked for a few days but now I can't track shuttles on any routes. What's worse is that the feedback link in the app is dead too. Pretty useless.
The arrival times are completely off in this app. The only way I know bus is arriving if i manually look at the map to see which bus is closest to me and then follow it. Way too much work just to track correct arrival time. Please fix this.
It used to work and show the buses in 26101 but for about a month, it doesnt show the buses at all.
Maybe this only applies to my city but I cannot get any actual stops to show up, only the routes. No schedules or any real way to plan out a trip other than following the GPS and hoping to catch the shuttle when it passes nearby.
Awesome app for keeping up with buses that I need to get around town!
the app is ok. it doesn't show every bus on the schedule tho. i missed the bus and sat in the car tracking the next one. the app only showed the bus i just missed. 5 mins later another bus rode past while i was tracking the 1st one
The buses in 26101 will work for about 2 min for every hour. The rest of the 58 min just reads no vechiles let alone can i use the routes listed to tell even proper directions of a bus in the 2 min they are frozen yet on at least. As an app developer, a basic GPS from a driving users phone should have been efficent to not cause this trainwreck. Maybe other areas work, but after many recent reviews read, Im not optomistic. I struggle to understand what Passio is doing to help make these accurate.
I am new to the University of Toledo Health Science Campus and was worrying on how to figure out if i was reading the bus schedule coreectly. I downloaded this app to help me figure that out but not only is the app NOT user friendly, but it also did NOT show any buses anywhere near me. Not even the one that eventually came on my route from me correctly reading the schedule. There must be tons of undocumented shuttles on this app. It threw me into a panic because i thought i was going to miss clas

Definitely had issues with this app early on, but it appears the bugs have been worked out. Easy to use, got some neat features.
I try to use this glitchy app to get around Georgia Tech. The lowest point of my day is when I use this unreliable app. It is difficult to count how much time in my life has been wasted by trying to plan around the faulty time guesstimates that are given in here.
It got much worse in thr last update. The iOS app shows exactly where the bus is, but for Android it takes forever. Always showing delayed information.
The app crashes a lot and at one point I couldn't even open it. I checked to see if it was up to date and it was. It would be good if it worked reliably
Hardly ever shows the buses on route. I have to exit and restart the app every time in order to see the buses.
Update: The app is still not accurate and reliable. It's embarrassing that large hospital where I work is using a poor app to alert their employees when the next shuttle will be arriving
It has its hiccups of inaccuracies; however, its still a great app to help people find our bus's locations. I have many people happy to find out where I am for my routes
Can not get app to do what its supposed to. Won't pull up tracking, constant file broken errors pop ups.
App rarely works or syncs up with bus hub screens. Also a confusing mess to work and use.
No clue why this app gas such low ratings. Only complaint I have is that the UI can be a bit jenky. It functions perfectly fine though.
Doesn't give arrival times for Bat buses.
Inaccurate information Says in 3-4 minutes and arriving several times but ended up waiting for 30 minutes. Says this bus is arriving the bus was from a completely different route. That was not even turned on nor selected. These incidents are not one time events it has happen several times. To the point it takes twice as long to get back and I have to leave an hour early for what would normally be around 15 minute to my destination.
