The app and program had potential but just like many of the rv parks in the program, this app looks run down and old. Many of the parks just look like run down trailer park and just not worth it. I guess if you're full timing this is good to have as an emergency. I don't believe this is worth the cost unless they add better rv parks and modernize the app.
The app directs you to join or renew, but there doesn't seem to be a member access sign in. Don't see how to make a reservation or see availability. Other than to locate parks, the app seems kind of useless.
Very poorly designed app. I'm a member and can't log in to the app. It keeps saying that I put in the data of member of their Florida office. It also asks for some sort of membership type, which is nowhere expla what it means and is nowhere to find in my membership profile.
We've PA members for 5 years and it has paid for lifetime membership costs several times. That said I have been using the web to search for sites and just downloaded the android app with the date of the 21st update. It all works except for the search features, when trying to search by amenities it stops with the close app send feedback options. The basic search comes up with "No search results found." even for the state of Alabama.
hiMost of the time it works without any issues searching locally. But when I try to do an area or city search it comes up blank even if I know of member campgrounds. Usually works well if you search through the map though. Most of the time I use the Good Sam app to search specific areas and then check to see if any of the campgrounds are PA members. Also be sure to read all the stipulations for member campgrounds lot of date and time restrictions for discount. Discount is worth the trouble.
Better than some because at least you can compare rates, but they still don't list primitive or free campsites. I'm not a glamper, so I don't want to have to pay to enjoy the wilderness. I like being completely off grid.
every, state and city I enter the response is..." no info available" we secured an overnight spot in Chicksabogue Park, Mobile, Alabama ( no one thanks to this app) thanks goes to their competitor app. It popped up results instantly with two other options besides!
I am unable to use the app. It goes directly to wherevthe option to join plus search, etc. I am a member but am unable to use the app.
Can't search for campgrounds unless you already know the name, city and state so, in order to find a campground in this app, you need to locate campgrounds in another app or google, then plug the info into this app to find the campground. Convoluted ridiculous process. What's the point of this app? Uninstalling.
Can hardly ever get onto the site. If so most likely stops working. At times I reinstall the App but can't get to work. Frustrated....find other search sites.
What a rip off, most campgrounds only honor the discount for one night and many have months long exclusions! I feel like I wasted my money as I am currently in Tx and have not been able to use it. Don't waste your money
Frustrating experience. Took me several days to figure out where to sign in if I am already a member. Does not allow booking within the app.
This is wonderful. We always use it to find RV parks to stay at on our travels. We have recommended this to all our friends. It's a great saving.
Yes, yes! My choice for Camping along the way and the 1/2 price deals are money savers - there's just no chocolate on the pillow
What a joke yeah you get half off camp rates but only durring the months no one wants to go. Every campground i looked at only honored the discount durring the 2 or 3 worst months of the year.
This use to work great. Now it doesn't really work. App crashes all the time.

Imposdible to locate parks. You must have rv park name to look up, can't search by city and state

It's great to find so many lower priced campsites on one website! I have used this site many times and have had some great deals! It's so easy to use. Trying to find a place to stay around Florida around Christmas is a little frustrating at best. Then you go on PA and all these grat camp sites pop up along the route and in no time I had reservations spaced out perfectly for my trip! Love this site!
