Simple setup and easy to use. I recommend.
No way to set up a Wallet except, maybe, when you've just parked, need to go somewhere, and don't want to f*** around with an app setup. Tried to do it from a PC at home - needs a parking space number to continue. Frustrating and time wasting.
Makes it easy to pay for parking
Not great. Often does not boot up whether I use wifi or data on my phone. So if this for situations where I have no exact change and the ticket machine also refuses to scan the credit card despite 25 tries, really not that helpful. Out of the 8 times I have needed it , only booted up and worked twice.
You should be able to get money back that you didn't use... Example, you pay $4 for parking, leave early, you should have an option to say I left spot and save money in wallet of app. They are double dipping (where before people that left money on meter have chance to other people to top it up)
great app but unintelligent. if there is a rate switch like a flat rate after 6pm the app won't care. you have to manually make a new session to get the rate switches. support email doesn't respond. otherwise it's a great app.
great app; saves you money for a full day pass (8.25$ as opposed to 10$ at the ticket machine on site). However if you miswrite your license plate, you cannot change it. You will have to delete the 'saved car' and redo it.
hate it. i only use it because its the app in my city. i can't stand that while i'm driving using gps it goes over the map to let me know my parking is expiring. it sends a notification, and takes over my entire screen. its obviously the cheapest app for cities to use because its a nightmare.
It keeps malfunctioning, and I have been overcharged. Super annoyed.... this type of app should be reliable, but it isn't..... quite a crucial glitch..... 🤦♀️..... I don't have time or patience for this so I will just have to dispute the credit card charges..... searched throughout the app to find a way to call a customer service agent but I couldn't locate it if there even is a # to call..... #cringe
Not sure what this app is trying to achieve but it failed. I can add my card and it shows up as a card in the list but when i try to charge it theres an authorization error. Fix authorization or I'll leave my car around campus and rip up any tickets because I TRIED to pay for parking but this broken app wont let me. Students have a time crunch and I cant sit around getting authorization errors all day because I'm just trying to pay for parking.
The app fee is too expensive. Every time my paid time runs out I get an alert but the add time option does not work. I have to search through my parking history to find the last stall number I parked in and start over. Given the money this app must be RAKING in I feel users should expect better.
Things to fix: - License plates that start with 0 are not recognized. Very problematic when you get cited even though you paid. - So many glitches. You pay and you still get fined tickets. Then you have to call and dispute the tickets.
App malfunctioning. I tried to sign up, wants me to input a 4 digit pin which I did but it keeps saying that I didn't after I hit submit. Looks like a bug, need this to be fixed please! Let me know when you do.
Keeps freezing on opening logo page. I've deleted and downloaded three times and keep getting the same problem. It's been happening for about two months.
I couldn't use the app. It wouldn't let me pay. Kept showing an error. They should partner with Paypal. Asks for a lot of permissions like my camera with no option of declining.
It's great. I never have change. Just make sure you put your plate number in proper because I got a ticket my first time using the app due ton a typo lol. But I'm not about to take away a star for me being an idiot. But yeah I never have change. so thanks yo
It does work but compares to other parking apps, this is the worse. The parking process has twice as many steps and the way free parking is handled is horrible
I'm not happy with this app. keeps telling me authorization error. this app never works in the City of New Westminster and the City ppl who I pay for to do their jobs don't help either. fix your app and make it work. otherwise don't be a city parking app
Great. Easy to use. It would be good to be able to shorten the use time. That is, if the user decides to leave earlier than the originally paid parking time, they should be able to get a refund.
I love that it alerts us when the parking is about to expire but when the first 2hrs r free it dsnt show on the app. Also can it detect the zone automatically? I also love that it tells us when parking is free 😁
Got tickets because the app doesn't register correctly! Will shop a lot less in areas that use this app cause tickets are expensive!
Worked really well until I got a new phone. Doesn't want to switch. Won't accept my new credit card number. Wants my old one which I don't have
Pointless seeing as you can't "top up". If you use the app to pay for 30mins, you can't add additional time to the meter for another 4.5hrs because there's a "lockout period" -- even if you haven't used the max time allowed at that meter. You also can't split the payment (i.e. Use change and the app together) as the app doesn't link up to the meter, so you just end up double paying.
