The latest update is a nightmare, the streets do not auto populate, the printer disconnects Incessantly, you have to press buttons to view your totals instead of it just being there, it is slows and it crashes all the time. Please go back to the drawing board with this update, it is bad! it's been almost a month and no update yet. the latest update dated June 12 is actually another nightmare. it drains the device even when charged and now the pictures freeze up all the time. zero stars if I could

This is the parking attendant only app! The stupid people in West Hartford Connecticut have the wrong app logo on their sign so most people download the wrong app which doesn't work for paying for parking! Based on the years of one star reviews, they've allowed this to go on which means management at this company is inept!

It didn't provide the option to register!!!! Just to log in. Who developed this thing?!? The City of St. Paul needs to be aware immediately!

This app is really bad. It's supposed to make ticketing easy but it doesn't work right, everything has to be done manually and it doesn't sync. Printing tickets is a complete headache. The dev team is not good

Terrible experience, worst app I've ever encountered. I can't log in, cant create a new account, calling the phone number, there is no technical assistance or support of any kind. I am parked and left with no way to pay.

Horrible and a waste of time. Don't install this app . I can't even create account. Why does it want permission to manage my phone calls and access my pictures. It is wanting a lot of unnecessary permission. I wouldn't even give this app one star

App crashes and crashes the tablet. Bluetooth printer drops out. Please fix this app otherwise a great tool.

It's a great app just needs a major update with all the bugs. for example it always crashes or says app is not working

Asks you to sign in upon launch but there is no option to actually create an account for new users. Also requires an excessive amount of permissions.

no sign up area.. just area for email an password when I enter it says invalid... I have had to go back to area where I park to pay.. big inconvenience!

damn app ask for a email and password but no option to set one up. so no way to sign in after installing the app. it is totally worthless

Downloaded app and would not let me register to set up account?? only gives Email and Password option and if I enter those it says "does not recognize." Confused.....

horrible. puts me straight to a log in and password which i don't have because i am a new user. no way to move on from that. my wife tried and researched the company and no luck.

I try to paid by the app and impossible I called the number that shows because I can't add the zone and a lady in NC said that she can't be able to help me. in conclusion I went the website and I paid with out a trouble.

I downloaded the mobile app but I cannot create my account. It only asks for my login info but I dont have that beacuse Im a new user. The App is useless.

Not sure what Jake's with this app, but no longer user friendly at all. Very frustrating.

To all of the people rating this app bad because it does not work for you to pay a meter, this is NOT the app you use to pay. This is an admin app to enforce meters that are not paid, this app is not for the customer to pay for parking.
