Samsung Note 9 user. No options to select how many photos it saves and move than that, it literally gives me no option to save to my device. The only options are: Buy, Email, Share and Rate. Pretty much useless on an android (and even on my iPad it doesn't give me the option to save as a single image and always does 2 images).
The app worked exactly as we had hoped. It saved us $60 on right photos by taking it ourselves. We did just what they said and emailed it to ourselves. Then saved it to a USB drive which we took to a CVS and printed two copies on a 4x6 print. Bingo. It worked perfectly. Thank you so much.
Don't know if it's my phone is not compatible with the program, I have a Blu phone, but on an iPhone after taking the picture it gives you three photo selection 6, 2, or a 2x2 single, my phone is doesn't. You are stuck with 6 and that's what you have to send. Frustrated!
This app guides you to take pictures that are useless as the image is too large. Beware that there is an excellent chance you will not be able to use the photo you take with this app. Editing to add that NINE MONTHS to respond and make a possible fix isn't helpful. I'll try the app again in TEN YEARS when I need a new photo. You have to understand your customer...
Not flexible enough Per direction for uploading a photo for Military ID. I require a 5" wide by 7" tall. The app is seems easy enough to use for conventional ID photos, but not for this particular dimension need. I will save it for later, when its more applicable.
Does the job very well. Saves many dollars over photo shops. Heads end up slightly to right of center but not a significant problem. Definitely needs a way to force flash use.
Not working. after taking photo, there is no image in the preview window and none of the buttons to share, email, etc. work...except the rating button.
My photo was rejected so, not only did this app waste my time, it will be costing me extra money to expedite the next application and go take the photo in person somewhere. Don't bother with this.
Needs more functionality. For some reason pictures are off center even when the template is lined up.
I followed the instructions, but my photo was denied because my picture was printed too large. Plus I have no way to contact for a corrected reprint.

Easy to use with head outline to match your head into, only needs a flash capability. With a white background, needed to find light in the blue tint, instead of yellow color range, else white background looked yellow instead of white. Flash capability would have eliminated this. Otherwise excellent, correct sizes and all!
