It's fairly easy to use, it makes paying for street parking very easy, especially when coins are hard to come by during the coin shortage the US is facing. The biggest annoyance about this app is that you are limited to 1-hour time slots. If you only need to park for <15 minutes, you be forced to pay for an hour. The app will even show you how much the minimum time slot costs for that space (for 15 minute) at the kiosk, but it doesn't allow you to select that amount.

I love the ease of use, and the saving of vehicle info. and previously used parking zones & spaces are especially helpful. The ability to prepay for parking & to add time to extend the parking session are also very helpful, and I appreciate the fact that you are not charged a second service fee when you extend an existing parking session.

Not intuitive, Upcharges by default The app assumes you need 2 hours by default, and they don't explain how to reduce it to a shorter time. I think the smallest increment is a half hour, but my fingers aren't the most nimble on phone screens. They also tack on a "convenience fee," but using coins is much more convenient than trying to use this labyrinthine app to just park for a brief time. An infuriating experience. It will help people who want to park in the same spot all day long.

Unlike some other parking apps, it doesn't allow ending a parking session early. UI is finicky, UI animations swallow keystrokes, can't copy paste login code. On the positive side, it's widely supported and you can extend a parking session

I love having this app. I use it with multiple cars, so I don't have to keep checking the license plates to enter into the parking kiosk. Plus if you're running late you can add time from your phone, no need to run to the lot to do it!

Was staying at the hotel Royal on Broadway, Long Beach, before our cruise and found this app to be very useful. I would think it would be more helpful if the app can point out what spaces are not reserved. Even better if it can show this information in a diagram. This can help avoiding entering the wrong space/zone.

This is a very clever racketeering scheme. First, municipalities install parking machines that have only two options: cash, or pay using the app. Since very few people nowdays carry cash this forces the drivers to use the app. The app allowes you to pay only for up to 2 hours with an option to extend. Except, this option is always disabled, forcing a user to start a new session. Naturally, people want to avoid fines and they will want to pay ahead of the expiry time, hence paying twice.

Seriously, VTA you force us to use another app? Can you please integrate the payment with VTAalerts or is that too difficult for a you? This is why BART should operate the stations as we can use their app to pay for parking. Easy peasy, VTA fail

Cost me $25 on the first use. Paid for 2 hours of parking. App showed how much my card was billed and sent a confirmation text. When I went to add time, it said I didn't have an active session. Already had a ticket by the time I found out. Apparently there is a confirm button you have to push even after it appears that you've paid. Don't be burned by the meaningless confirmation notice.

Why do you require a 1 hour minimum payment when you display increments of 15 minutes? Very misleading and not logical to require someone to pay so much if they are only popping into a store for a short time. This app could be helpful but instead is an overpriced shake down. Please fix.

All pay parking lots and spots should use this app. No more trying to find coins for a broken meter or walking to an automated box to figure out how to pay. It's simple to use and you're paid up as you walk away. There are push alerts to let you know how much time you have left too.

I've used this app without issue until yesterday when it kept telling me that there was an issue and could not continue. I contacted a passing officer who told me they would not ticket me if the app wasn't working. When I got home, I discovered that it had double charged me. Furthermore, it didn't work in the background like it usually does to let me know when my time was up. Next time, I'll use a meter.

So far no problems. I like the fact that the app is fast and accurate compared to manually paying for parking which sometimes takes forever to recognize the credit card. Adding came in handy when I couldn't get home and paid for the next day from the office.

Started using this app a few years ago. Easy to create an account. Though I had not used it in a while my profile and previous events were retained and I was quickly able to pay for parking while inside my vehicle not out in the elements standing at a kiosk.

How many clicks are required to buy parking? Open app. Search for zone. Not that zone. Yes that zone. How long? Not that long. Not that long. Not that long. Stupid slider. Pay. Offers? What? Pay. Yes, pay! 30 minutes later, go to check remaining time: still sitting at a pay prompt! Hit pay, knowing I've already got a ticket. Confirm pay? Yes! Quote expired. CAN YOU MAKE IT ANY HARDER TO PAY? Do you get kickbacks on the parking tickets?

I can't tell you how many times I've paid for parking and then when I look back at it 5 minutes later it doesn't look like I paid for parking and then I pay for it and then I get double paid. UI/UX in this app is absolute garbage and whoever designed it owes me an appology.

The app on my phone keeps showing "active." I'm continuing to get the message indicating when my parking time expires -- there's no way to delete that message. Otherwise, it's working as advertised.

This only allows you to pay in large increments and when your select a certain time frame, it bounced back to whatever it wants rather than what I need resulting in me over paying for a time I didn't need. This is fraud!!

Extremely convenient for having to park at meters constantly. No more worrying about not having change.

Didn't let me extend time other than initial payment. Also didn't let me cancel early to use the same car in a different spot I wish I could rate 0/10 beyond frustrating

When the app works correctly it's great, but about 10-15% of the time it has major glitches that last all day. Many times it will not load the quick park, and if it does the letters are jumbled together. Often times will not load at all.

App is buggy. Even though time has elapsed, the app still will not clear the "session ends in 1 second" notification. Won't even clear with force close. Needed to restart phone or uninstall app to clear....

As far as app development goes. I rate based on ease of use, functionality, quality of service and support. It hits all these very well. On the bonus it's purpose is a means for paying meters without coin, which does the job well.

App doesn't work and there is no support. I have 3 credit card in the system. None will work despite having zero balances. There is no one to support the app so it looks like I'll never be able to successfully use this; despite having used it successfully for years.

Won't let you end a parking session so it just bothers you with notifications the entire time. It would be fine except the only option where I parked was paying until midnight. All day I had to get bothered with it hours after I left

Updated 5/13/2022 -- now this app requires deleting app & reinstalling every time I park. Horrible inconvenience. 1st Rating -- Easy app & no bugs

Glitchy buggy app. Slider works like garbage and notifications are inconsistent.

Great app, easy to use. Way better then meter hopping, and hoping praying that this is the one that will accept your card, take coins or cash. Sometimes in didn't even pay for the meter, because I ain't no kook! Otherwise great app 10/10 would recommend to any surfer.

Pretty quick to use once you have configured your cars and credit card. The slider for choosing the time can be hard to use.
