Ever since I updated the app the other day, it does not work for me! I have to open it 50 times before it actually works.
I find and love the fact that i can check on, and manage my account, see balances ext fast amd easly. I i could change something, it would be to have noticable, proud to have rewards banking with passumpsic, and to make there be faster money updates, instead of having things pending, sometimes for days at a time, and other times things dont show up and then all of a sudden they do, often causing an over draw on my account. having things pending for so long, is often confusing as to money left.
Since updating I'm unable to open the app on my s21. Doesn't even get to login screen
Slow to update. Constantly crashing and giving me errors daily.
App used to work on my old phone doesn't work on my new s22 ultra won't even load to the log in page
the app itself is excellent but trying to deposit a check is almost impossible you have to try at least 5 or 10 times to get it to actually work and sometimes it works but then they tell you it didn't work they need to improve the picture taken
its great when it works. but more often then not i can not log in and get the " we can not access your account. call for assistance" pop up. which i often have to uninstall and reinstall again. sometimes this works but not always.
I love the flow of the HUD and it makes taking money out, moving it around, or even just to check up on your balance of all your accounts at once so easy and simple. It makes my banking experiance so much better.
The app closes before it even fully opens. I wish I knew how to get this to work again.
Constantly problems with it. When it wants to work it works fine. But I'm constantly being logged out and my information erased, which then I have to call Passumpsic to have my username told to me, which then I have to wait until they're open. Waste of time and money.
I like it easy to use, it's really great except when it isn't which is to be expected with constant up grades and tweaking, overall I like it very much.
Does not work. Instant crash on my OnePlus 6T android phone. App probably not android version 9 compatible. Feb. 28, 2019 update. The app now works on android 9. Works well.
It takes a few tries to get the check image to be accepted.
This app function absolutely amazing. Tells you when to change password. Notifying you if someone is trying to login on another device. Has mobile deposit and works in a timely manner love this bank and this app. Loyal costumer review
Some room for improvement: 1 more secure login methods 2 allow multiple individuals on one (in this case a joint) account to access, deposit, transfer and view acct. history from their own apps.

Love it! So easy to deposit checks, especially when a trip to the bank is inconvenient.
I give 3 stars, because there is no running balance like I have on other banking apps. It only displays the credits and debits.
Have a stock brand new Samsung Galaxy s20 Fe and it's telling me it will not work on a rooted device I promise you my device is not rooted nor has it ever been rooted I can't open the freaking app this is so stupid.
This app is not letting me log in or anything it is just saying my internet connection is bad eventho it is perfectly fine.

Only issue I have with it is that it doesn't allow you to transfer funds mobilly, to other accounts but your own.

05/20/22 Update; the app is working great on my newer REVVL V+ 5G phone. 12/26/21 Update, the improvements to the application are great! Cleaner appearance and quicker access.
