Great app for storing passwords. Just hope I can remembered how to retrieve if something goes awry.
Worked great until I had to do factory reset on my phone. Now will not accept Master Key and all passwords are lost. Developer does not respond to emails. Worse than useless!

Till now I haven't had problems with it.
I originally had a difficult time transferring my files but it actually is pretty easy. You have to create a new master password in your new device then import your files directly into your device's new Password 360 folder (ignore the backup folder inside the password 360 folder it's misleading) . It's a simple matter of moving them then click import and voila! Everything appears!
Until I reset my tablet and now it shows I paid for it but once downloaded, it asks for a master key and Nothing I put in works. Customer service replied once, I did what they asked, did not work and they have never responded again. All my passwords and user names are lost
I use to love this app until every time I tried to log it it kept telling me u don't have an account. I find the Safe in cloud pro app much more reliable. as soon as you download to a new phone and open it it has already been it the cloud and backed up for you.
Just got a new Galaxy s7 and it worked for 2 days now it won't accept my Master key. Lost everything this stinks
Just got a new Pixel 4 xl and this app will not work with Android 10. Developer still won't answer his emails! I NEED HELP MAN! Well I have to change my review. The developer WILL NOT REPLY OR ANSWER!! I BOUGHT THIS APP AND NOW THE GESTURES DON'T WORK AND IT BASICALLY DOESN'T WORK RIGHT ON ANDROID 8.1! I have a TON OF PASSWORDS AND INFO in this app & no way to transfer it to a current password app that works & is kept updated! HELLO DEVELOPER ARE YOU THERE?! 1 STAR NOW....
Master key NEVER works whenever I get a new phone despite that it shows that I paid for the app. I'm downloading something better
It has it's up sides and down sides. I have had it for 5 years.
I have been completely satisfied. For instance, when my phone just crashed, I had backed up the "password 360" folder to my desktop computer and was able to restore everything easily. I use this app every day! Who can remember all those different passwords?
I couldnt move my passwords to my new phone. No support available to help. Closes on its own to fast and you have to retype master key.
I have used this app for years now. It has improved with age. My old issue with staying open has long since been fixed. The data also transferred to my new phone this time. Thank you!
Got a new Samsung 8, my master key isn't working, please advise
It was a great app, but with the ease of switching to upgraded phone this is now a Great app! Good job guys.

When I change phones to the latest version, it won't import my data. The current version won't even let me do it manually ! ! !
Had this app for 3 generations of phones. It's user friendly and transfers by encrypted .csv backup. Was a bit worried when I got my new device. Said this app may not work in your new device, but does work.
