PasswordWallet

PasswordWallet for Android is simply an application to view exports from PasswordWallet for Mac or Windows. The exports are fully encrypted and can be read with this application.
✶ Open encrypted exports from PasswordWallet for Mac or Windows (And even from our iPhone version.)✶ Copy usernames, passwords and text to the clipboard.✶ Quickly navigate to passwords by category or title.

Sorry it's not much. But it's better than nothing until our fully featured Android application is released.

I just downloaded this app on my android device. Thought it was the perfect solution so I wouldn't have to carry my iOS device any longer just for the passwords. I just read several reviews and apparently it's a common problem for android users. Rather than spending my time going through the motions, I'll just find another app and retype everything in. Better get started. Deleting this one now. Not worth the effort.

I have used Password Wallet on my Mac and cell phones for years. Through several phones ... from Palm to various Androids. Got a Galaxy S3 last summer and it didn't work. I was about to consider how to find something that worked as well on the Mac (esp. for typing passwords without seeing them on the screen, critical for public demos) as well as the S3. Update came through TODAY ... and it now works! Thanks Selznick Software! Update: I just got a Galaxy S5 and it works fine there too.

The application works. Well, after some research on the PasswordWallet website. I moved from iOS to Android recently, and have been disappointed with the app since. iOS app is much better... If I want to update the database, I must copy a file (after exporting from PW), to the phone and place it in a specific folder on the phone. I am checking out other similar software apps that work like PW, but better. I an NOT moving to a manager that hosts my passwords in the "cloud" though. Looking at mSecure.

This app doesn't work on my android galaxy s6. I'm deleting it and finding another app that's compatible. I have to retype EVERYTHING into a new app. That's very time consuming. Please fix this issue.

Just the web export in an app frame. No syncing, clumsy, no added value.

on Android. Sync is a pain. Was promised an all new version but a year on and nada, shame.

I've been using the web page exports from pc to Android for years. I don't need an app to fail to do it for me. My phone doesn't have an external storage to even use.

Wonderful program for Mac and iPhone. Absolutely useless for my Note 4. The instructions online for Android don't work. At all.

Developer too lazy to produce a proper app for Android.

This worked on my Moto X until the Android 4.4 update (Kit Kat). Upon launch, it says "Unfortunately, PasswordWallet has stopped." I've relied on this software since I was using PalmOS and I also bought a Mac license at that time. I use this software every day. We could really use a full featured and working Android client.

This was my main stay password software on iphones. It does not even work on Android. I've read the manual, followed the special instructions regarding creating the folder /com.selznick.passwordwallet. I was really hoping to bring all of my passwords over from the iphone through an import. Guess I'll have to use a different app and type it all in.

This program is super-fantastic on Windows and iOS. I have found it to be an unrepentantly problematic time vampire on Android, which breaks my heart because I love this application so much. First, getting the file into just the right spot was a multi-stage process. The user has to go in and build the folder structure by hand. Second, the user must (or at least I did) place an exported copy of the file onto the phone. Then, once it finally works, the user gets this boring grey drab UI. Better on iOS.

I installed this app on my Samsung galaxy S4 but I could never get it to work. When I open the app, it kept saying that folder can not be found under SD card. Anyone here know how to get it to work?

It just crashes immediately :( . Please allow the app to open normal passwordWallet files from other apps eg. Box or dropbox!

Great app for saving and syncing passwords between iOS and OS X but unfortunately it cannot run on my Moto X since I have no way of putting a file on a SD card.

I'll wait for it. I read the comments and played with it a while, bug better to wait. The app does not appear to open on Note 2. Great on pc or ipad though.

I have used this App on my iPhone for years - 5 stars! The PC app gets 3 - still no password sync after 2 yrs. BUT: I don't get the app to work on my Samsung tab 2 7.0 - useless! Not even worth 1 star! My workaround: mail a backup from iPhone to android, use a java-enabled offline html browser such as DADBIZ for viewing, no need to install PasswordWallet for android at all!

Was really happy too see it on Android since I enjoyed to use in iPhone... but not work! error on start (first about a missing folder, then when i create that folder a generic error about missing 'other' folder inside!?!?). Really bad since i had to retype all password! remove from store, is useless like that!

Android client quite simply doesn't work. No device synchronisation anyway if it did work. Windows client is awful. Avoid.

I've had this on my Mac for years, but, they've fallen way behind. The android implementation is just goofy - export the password db to a index.html file - then put it in a special folder on your sdcard and run this app? I just open the file with the browser - why bother. I'm moving on to a better app, as i slowly cut & paste the data into it.

PasswordWallet is the best way to keep all your info synced between devices. In my case a Galaxy Tab 8.9, Nexus S and a MacBook. This cross platform syncing is very rare.

Used this for years. Wouldn't be without it!

This is my favorite password app ... when I used the iPhone or iPad. I've had the app for several years on the iPhone, so how is it that a regular android version has not been created??? That's pathetic. You have to transfer some file over to your android device or something. Never has worked for me. Android is everywhere and they have yet to create an app for it. Unbelievable. Even the freaking Blackberry Playbook has this app and there's almost no apps for that clunker!!!!

The UI is horrendous!
