I just figured out what's wrong with new update. So my pcdl recently auto updated, had no idea, so I logged in on my computer and the mobile app stopped working. Kept showing a gray screen. If you have a similar issue, go to -> settings -> apps -> pcdl -> storage -> clear cache or clear data. This are the steps for Android. Might be similar or IOS. Hope it helps. 🙏

Thank you for your prompt response My app is updated and stabilised(it's not closing suddenly anymore) But the search function doesn't seem to be working. when ever I try and search for a particular title. I doesn't return any results. Once again please help. I was listening to a particular series for the month of July and this has caused some interruption to my listening schedule. Your help is truly appreciated. Thank you kindly.

My PCDL was working great but mybe from the last update it now plays mp3 message for about 4 minutes before stopping. (bug) Also, kindly add language filter in settings. this would really help when scrolling or searching messages. then after picking and viewing an item on the search results can the back button take me back to my search results view. (improvement)

It's a great app, with lovely messages. It's just unfortunate that I can not log back in, it's saying my email and password are wrong, which they are not. And I keep selecting "reset password" but I still haven't received an email to do that. And this is after multiple attempts. Please help me get logged back into my acct so I can enjoy the messages that I just purchased 😊

The developer should know its not about integrating or switching to the best UI, but making sure users get the most anticipated result from every input or onclick. The newly updated version is extremely terrible sorry to use that word. The play button, re-play and random selection icon do not produce the right result as users can't go through an entire message and it crashes within 5 - 10mins. Please do something about this..

The latest update has removed search functionality for phones whose enter key button doesn't register as a search button input (eg Nokia 6.1). (1) A suggestion is include a search button on the text input area. (2) filtering for audio or video messages was a great feature that should be returned or upgraded and not removed. (3) laguage filter in settings will be great. There is no need to scroll through messages in other languages to get what you want in ur language. (4) scrolling isn't smooth!

I am a gold member of pcdl. My App was recently updated and I suddenly could only find less than 10 messages on the "All Messages" option. Being a gold member I would usually have access to the entire catalogue. Secondly the setting and help icons don't work on the updated app. So I can't get into with IT support. Please kind fix. I need access to Pastor messages urgently. Thanks

Very good but when you download messages and after listening to it you can't delete it on the app to download new ones and if your phone memory isn't that enough, you can't download anymore messages... So please there should be a delete on the app so that it will be much excellent. Thank you

It's no longer as user friendly as it used to be before. The updates messed it up. Plus when playing a video it auto rotates to full screen. No longer as enjoyable. You cant even see how long the message is. You can't play an audio message with the screen off, the message eventually stops playing. Please fix it.

I'm grateful for this app,but this app should be more convenient to use by now...its been a long time coming It shuts down midway, messages don't play. It's really frustrating especially because we are in a world where the key word is "GO, GO,GO". I cant be parking by the road side every minute to restart and adjust the message I was playing. Please ooooo

Great update with exciting new features. Videos I downloaded are not all showing in the downloads tab, although when I open them directly from the store, it shows me that they are already downloaded and I'm able to watch offline. Kindly also work on updating the web version so it's in sync with the app account. Many thanks 👍

I so much love the new interface, very intuitive. However there's something I noticed, why listening to messages, it doesn't keep the screen on, once the screen goes off, it stop playing. Hope this get fixed in the next update!

App is good and works well but not in sync with the browser version. 1. Profile edit on web version doesn't reflect on android app. 2. I have an annual gold subscription in app but web version sees my account as a free user, because of this I cant watch on my laptop or smart tv. I'll appreciate if this is fixed as soon as possible.

After buying a subscription it doesn't reflect on the web platform. I logout on the app to re-login but not going through, forget password not working.. if you are playing a video you expect a streaming app to keep the screen active and not blackout every one minute. The user experience is not the best..

I purchased "WHO IS JESUS" video. After the purchase, i have used over 2gig data trying to download the message. It will get to the end of the download, but won't show "DOWNLOAD COMPLETE" in the top bar and because of this, i can't access the message. Please work on this. I really need the message.

You guys are doing a great job! And I love the new interface. However, I observed that the video messages stop playing when the screen sleeps. Kindly correct this as it wasn't like this in the previous version. This offer a better UX. Thanks

It's a very nice app and am so glad to have installed it on my phone. However, there is a problem when downloading the messages, if i accidentally touch any area other than the download dialoag box without confirmation the download stops. And if I wanna download it again, then it starts from the beginning.

I registered as a gold member, but now I can't even download any messages on my phone, now they're telling me am a free user how come🤨😟

Thank you for this App it's great, I have 2 issues though : - I've loaded my account and am a gold user on my phone, but when I login on computer, I have a free user account and I can't enjoy my subsciption. Is the subscription limited to one device? I need help please. - can we have more content in french please? There has been no new french release in over a year... If these are fixed the app definitely becomes a 5 star 100% unavoidable app for me Thank you very much, God bless you

Really nice the new version... just a quick advise for those who are upset due to the grey page that is showing when the did the update. I face the same challenge also until I decide to delete completely the App and re-download it like a new user and then I was able to see the teaching and easily use the new version... try to do so and your problems will be probably fixed.
