PAT Track

Used to be great, but now I constantly get api key errors, disconnected from internet, etc. I've heavily relied on this since bus schedules have been hosed by covid, but it's no longer reliable. Clearing data/cache sometimes helps for about 10 seconds and then it goes right back to the issues.

You might as well ask a magic 8 ball. Busses constantly saying they're coming, and they don't. Sometimes only just inbound routes are selectable. Other times only outbound. My favorite is when you wait for bus for 20 minutes and then it just dissappears off the map like it got abducted by aliens. Just download the schedule. It's far more accurate. This app is garbage that's been in the sun and fermented in puke for weeks.

It does let you see we're the bus is live, square icon & a line path, no descriptionof each stop, the frame rate is in freeze-frame step motion, two more things we need from it... auto display bus paths near out GPS spot, also the via to & froms of the draw path mark.

I had recently left a review that wasn't as positive as this one is going to be. I'd brought up some issues, and had a few questions. My issues were not only addressed, but the app is now showing a few of the things I'd mentioned. I appreciate everyone that made these updates possible, this app is the best for everyday port authority travel

Super useful, I'd pay a premium if there's a feature allowing me to put in the destination address where it'd pin on the map. It can be hard to switch back and forth between maps and this app.

The app is glitchy sometimes (e.g., can't display a route even though it's midday), but overall it provides relatively accurate timing information in both a time estimate and a visual representation (you can see where the bus is on the route).

The app is good, for the most part. The problem lies in it giving you the correct bus when there are multiples of the same number on a route. I.E. 38 or 91. The 91 has three different end stations. One is for the VA Hospital. You'd be lucky if you get the VA one once in an hour, the other two you'll see three of each.

I really like this app, it has some issues, but it definitely helps in conjunction with looking at bus schedule, I just hope u bring back the route lines, because they were definitely useful

I enjoyed this app greatly, but recently I've been experiencing trouble. a invalid API access key supplied error is making it not display any of the buses. not to mention connection issues.

If It would let me rate no stars I would, so 1 star will do. Terrible, not very accurate or reliable. I've missed plenty of buses using this. Thanks but no thanks. Could use an update, more features, better accuracy.

Most days the app works great but today it has stopped working completely, it has been like this all day and I am trying to understand why so I can fix the problem, every other app on my phone is working just fine, your app is the only thing on the whole phone not working properly, it would be great if you could help me to understand and fix this problem, thank you for your time

Use to love this app but for the last month it won't show the 28X route at all. So now it's completely useless to me and everyone else who uses that bus. If they fix that I'd happily give this app 5 stars because it's been so useful to me over the years.

Pat Tracker is the most amazing app to navigate the PAT system. It out performs all other transit apps. Thanks to the creators, I rarely stand in freezing weather waiting on the bus!!

this is THE BEST APP FOR THOSE WHO KNOW EXACTLY WHAT BUS THEY WANT. Lets make that clear. the others are for those who aren't sure. If this message is read by the PATtransit reps then HOW BOUT HAVING AN AUTOMATED SYSTEM WHERE U CAN ADD FUND TO UR C.CARD VIA THE PHONE. THE STATIONS ARE TOO FAR FOR MOST PEOPLE. HOW BOUT PERSONALISED CONECT.CARDS. how bout adding bank card swipe at $2.50 as well. lol PLEASE LET THEM KNOW OUR CONCERN'S

I mostly use it to know where the buses are. Buses are already unpredictable, so just knowing where they are in a route helps predict their arrival time.

Keep in mind, Pittsburgh is going through problems with its bus system due to covid Vax requirements for bus drivers, that's why the bus was free for so long . It may not be the app

I love this app, however, the largest issue I have been dealing with is the GPS line isn't available and the bus just looks free floating/stuck in place.

I had this app on my old phone (Motorola). When I try to install on my IPhone it says it’s already installed on the Motorola and gives no option to install on the iPhone. I even uninstalled the app on the Motorola and I still can’t install it.

When its working its amazing. However it always loses connection with Pat Transit server constantly, detour info goes to a invalid page.

Is not working properly, every time I try to find what time my bus is due this pops up "Invalid API access key applied" No idea what that means! October 3rd still not working right!

If there is another app, use that one. Use to be on point. Now buses disappear from routes, causing me to be late for using this unreliable app. 😩 Ugh.

I have cleared the transit history and pressed the transit I use and it still doesn't highlight the route in green like it used to but thank you for the tip.
