I liked the app and wanted to get rid of annoying ads by subscribing to premium. However, the app is so buggy that it can't even let me register. Signing up from Facebook is impossible because their FB app is still in test mode (i-e only app developers can access it) and signing up through email/phone shows a very 'user-friendly' message "Invalid-Merchant". I tried both website and Android app. Contacting them was useless because despite reading my message, they didn't care to reply. I have no option but to uninstall it and opt for any other app that care for their customers.

Love the app. Truly. paid for subscription too. Only gave 2/5 so that devs can take heed and fix the small blips that come when listening on an Android phone. Specifically I'm using pixel6 plus. These blips are maybe 200ms , but can be very jarring when listening using high fidelity speakers or headphones .I don't hear these blips on my iPad I will adjust ratings when this is fixed.

I am using Patari for a year or more now. I like how it features all the Pakistani Music and the download option is also good. But the app itself needs a lot of improvement because it has happened so many times that the app suddenly stops working and the search bar doesn't work. Also many times the songs don't play. Needs much improvement.

Probably the only app with premium Pakistani music on the market. Unfortunately this app lacks depth in terms of an immersive UI/UX. There have been no improvements whatsoever since its initial release. It has small glitches here and there and sometimes it takes ages to stream music. It can easily be at the top if the developers can take care of these issues.

Not user friendly at all. Stucks a lot. > Song once listened cannot be replayed from notification bar, it needs to be typed and played again from the application. > No search history. > Even the music stucks sometimes. > Music paused due to a video never starts automatically. > Music is difficult to search because the app only finds songs if the spellings are perfect according to the app. > And many more errors that should be repaired in the app.

Is there any way you can increase volume of ads, comes between songs. Let me get out of this sarcasm, ads sound volume is near to tear you ears system, when songs are playing at the normal volume. I think you must be following what I want to say. Over all, app is excellent and collection is amazing. Thanks

if developes can read this following issues need to be sorted out. 1. offline mode placed deep within settings . while it should be on top of the app. 2. add equalizer 3. no mention of the streaming quality difference between premium and free version. plz mention point of difference for convincing the user 4. lockscreen play pause issue faced several times during normal usage. sometimes skipping song freezes the app. 5. no apparent genre selection just playlist over playlist added.

Great effort to support our music industry. Homepage should summarize scrolling for entire list of artists rather than skewing preferences towards a certain 'highlighted' lot! You are expected to represent the entire music industry across all decades of Pak!

I am unable to login from my Facebook account as it says facebook from an embedded browser is disabled. My account is linked with easypaisa and it keeps on deducting weekly charges. Kindly help in unlinking the account with easypaisa so that i could make a new one.

This app needs to fix some serious issue. Can't find songs through search option. Songs I downloaded automatically deletes from the app if I reinstalls it. In other music apps playlist remains the same even if you install the app after a long time. Songs which I downloaded it can't be find through search option like it doesn't exist in the app.

What is problem with it it can't sign up with Facebook or Google i loved patari but from last three months problem is still there Problem is still there it hard to update because there is no update option there is serious problem you have to take action seriously 🙄

I would have definitely paid for it if only not for so many bugs. I can't even forward the songs and search bar doesn't even register some times when I try to search for something. Really good concept and great initiative but if you are looking for paid subscribers they should be able to use it with out any hassle.

Definitely some room for improvement First of all, it seems that many songs are just like ripped of YouTube or something - the quality of the music definitely needs to increase. Secondly, please also translate the app into Urdu, Sindhi, Balochi, Pashto etc, especially since it's mainly for Pakistanis. Thirdly, try also adding subtitles for the songs as well as maybe translations. This app could really be a great app in the future! And lastly please add more music!

I like the app but I dont want to go premium because the songs some time stops playing automatically and when I try to click on other songa or try to go next it wont run and I have to force close the application to make it run some times but even then it doesnt run. I have a note 8 4g unlimited data for context. I use spotify and pandora would love to go on premium with this applicatuon if their is reliability. Thanks

Great app , love the music great artists , but on the app side there are few problems , its laggy , music starts to lag randomly or when you are downloading or add song to favorite and you have to change the song just to fix it , which is kinda frustrating and ruins the experience of amazing music , please improve I'm all for supporting paki talent and companies :) , thanks patari for this amazing app but please fix the above issues , thanks one again

I'm simply blown away by this local app that has all the bands from my younghood, with the history of how were they originated or formed as well as their discography. And most importantly, the style of interacting with it's user is also very colloquial; which makes the app close to the heart. Just what I wanted. Keep it up, Patari.

Extremely bad UI, the colors are totally non sensical, and distracting. Frequent disconnection issues, playliat and songs take too long to load. The devs really need to invest in a better backend infrastructure and designers. The looks and feel, and the user experience is extremely off-putting.

It is really an interesting app! I really enjoy it and I feel myself very comfortable and good using this app....! Moreover there are some bugs which should be fixed like problem in login and also changing to a next or previous song directly from notification panel.everytime it needs to open the app just to change the song....

Not able to download songs! I bought this app for offline music but it is throwing server error 😞

Will give some suggestions, make the thumbnail more crispier and make use of rounded corners and do gradient color in it. The app ui is basic. Would love to see a change in it. The lag in interface is also there. Fix it too please. Make notification player more useful and smooth. Btw it's Pakistani spotify so.. good luck eh.

The app is a very good idea, and generally works well, apart from a few bugs. For example, the inbuilt music player isn't as smooth as it should be, and lags if I go to next song or go to previous song.

08/04/2021 Subcribed to premium but can't download songs. WTH kaisay support karain apni apps ko jo ye halaat hain. Update 10/03/2022: still can't download songs. PS, fazool UI, fazool UX. Saaf lg raha ha native application nai ye. Ishi liye aisi performance ha aur oper se asay basic basic bugs.

3 stars for the effort and the extensive library. Deducted 1 star for slow connectivity to songs that are not downloaded. Deducted another star for unprofessional messages (error or otherwise). I am a paid member and dont wish to see such childish error messages when my fast connection is unable to connect to your slow server located halfway across the globe.

Dumpster Fire of an App (Garbage) I have subscribed to Premium twice, both times the adds continue in the premium mode. None of the premium features become available. After my last premium subscription, i even sent a support request and waited a while for support. NOTHING. Cancelled within Trial period. Resubscribed premium, you know to support "pakistani music"; same garbage again. Ads continue even in premium. Is this the best they can do? Hopefully the Patari team can resolve this ASAP.

The app needs some serious attention from the development team. Too buggy. I wouldn't mind paying for the subscription if the app experience becomes hassle free. You're paying for the whole experience and not just the content. Uninstalled for now and I have been a user from the past 5 years...

App is appaling and extremely slow. Haven't been able to load it the last few days and Facebook log in no longer works. Means I can't accesa my favourites. You really need to invest in developing a proper usable app. Undermines the user experience for what is otherwise a nice service.

What a horrible user experience after the latest update. Seeing 5 ads when trying to play a song is too much hassle. I understand you have to make money, given the free music, but there are other ways to achieve that. Uninstalled.
